In conventional methods in which fabrics are continuously subjected to processes such as desizing, scouring, dyeing, shrinking, and weight loss, for example, the purple range developed by the present inventor is mainly used. They also suggest using a high-pressure steamer. To give an overview of the pretreatment method in the former purple range, the textiles to be pretreated are impregnated with a caustic liquid, and then this liquid-impregnated textile is fed into a reaction tower filled with saturated steam for steam treatment. It was something that existed. . In the latter pretreatment method using a high-pressure steamer, the cloth to be treated is passed through a caustic solution that has been pre-filled in a liquid-sealing tank formed in the sealing mechanism on the inlet side of the high-pressure steamer, and then this liquid-impregnated cloth is was introduced into a high-pressure steamer can for steam treatment. In any of the above treatment methods, that is, desizing, scouring, dyeing, weight reduction, etc. using the purple range (hereinafter these treatments are simply referred to as treatments) and the above treatment method using a high-pressure steamer, the treatment liquid is not applied to the textiles. Since the impregnation treatment is performed only once before the steaming treatment, the amount of treatment liquid applied may be insufficient depending on the type of fabric. In addition, in recent years, in response to the demand for high-grade fabrics, blended, interwoven, and interwoven fabrics of different types of fibers have been mass-produced. It is necessary to provide sufficient moisture and humidity, and conventional treatment methods cannot provide effective and high-quality pretreatment in a short period of time.

Recently, extremely thick nylon fabrics (e.g. oxford) woven using 100% 210 denier nylon have been put on the market, but such extremely thick fabrics are subjected to moist heat treatment or dyeing using conventional processing methods. Depending on the treatment, the edges (edges) of the fabric may become wavy and the width of the fabric may be uneven, which may cause problems in the next process, especially in the transfer process where the edges of the fabric are held and transferred. There were problems such as problems such as coloring or uneven dyeing.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is made by sequentially replenishing a fixed amount of processing liquid into a liquid sealing tank of a high-pressure steamer filled with a processing liquid for impregnating fabrics to be subjected to moist heat treatment. The liquid quality of the high-pressure steamer is kept constant at all times, and a plurality of liquid application tanks are separately provided in the steamer can of the high-pressure steamer, and the liquid poured out from the liquid sealing tank is sequentially supplied to these liquid application tanks. By alternately and repeatedly applying the liquid to the fabric to be treated and steaming, it is possible to uniformly and reliably carry out the treatment reaction in the treatment liquid and to prevent scale from adhering to the guide rolls of textiles. This enables high-quality pretreatment. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus in which a processing liquid with no impurities is supplied to each liquid tank disposed within the steamer can, thereby enabling high-quality moist heat treatment.

In this embodiment, liquid application tanks 9 1 and 9 2 provided in the high-pressure steamer can 1 include a liquid sealing tank 4 1 .
The overflowing liquid is purified by separating impurities by the filter 11, and the purified liquid is heated to a high temperature of at least 100°C by the internal temperature of the steamer can, so it is supplied into the steamer can. The treated fabric 7 is impregnated again with the cleaned and high-temperature treatment solution, so that the treatment solution penetrates into the inner core of the fabric impregnated with these solutions, resulting in effective moist heat treatment. It is what is done. In addition, since the liquid in the liquid supply tank is the liquid in the liquid sealing tank 41 supplied in stages, the liquid concentration in the liquid tank at the end is relatively thin, so the liquid at this end is The amount of chemicals contained in the liquid discharged from the tank is extremely small, which has the effect of eliminating waste of chemicals and pollution caused by waste liquid.
