黄銅線などの金属線若しくは、繊維、合成繊維又
は獣毛などの非金属線が用いられた。このような
ブラシ単体は一定の束状に形成され、これをひと
つひとつ芯棒の周面又は板材の側端部に穿設した
植毛穴内に圧入固定するもので、この作業は手作
業又は植毛機によつて行つた。

At least two band ring parts are formed between the opposing cut lines, the band ring parts are made to protrude and curve in both the front and back directions of the substrate, and a single brush is attached to each of the ring parts formed by the curved band ring parts. 1. A method for producing an industrial brush, which comprises: inserting the band ring parts, and then pressing the band ring parts together from the outside to tighten and fix the brush unit so that the brush itself cannot be removed.
