に放電火花を発生させる電気火花発生装置と、ガス放出
弁を開閉作動する作動機構を更に備え、 電気火花発生装置並びにガス放出弁の開閉機構は外部に
位置して手で操作可能な操作手段に連結されており、 ガス放出弁の開閉機構は開弁作動態勢に停止する手段と
該停止を解除する手段とを備えていることを特徴とする
