結をワンタツチで着脱可能にし、圧延ロールの交
換作業における作業能率を大巾に向上させること
のできる回転軸フランジの着脱装置を提供するも
のである。

従動側の圧延ロール側に連結されるフイツテイン
グ、6は本考案の着脱装置であり、前記フランジ
ヨークのフランジ4と着脱装置本体7のフランジ
8とを複数個のキー9およびボルト・ナツト10
にて締結し、着脱装置本体7の内径15に軸方向
の進退を可能にした鍔付のロツド11を内装し、
該ロツド11の軸部12を着脱装置本体7の内径
開口側に固着した支持部材13の内径に進退可能
に支持し、支持部材13と前記ロツド11の鍔端
面14との間に、弾性体16を挾装するととも
に、フイツテイング5の継手端面17に固設した
止め座板18の内径に、前記ロツド11の軸部1
2を挿通させ、該止め座板18とロツド11のね
じ部のナツト22との間に半径方向に進退可能な
ライナ21を挾支し、前記弾性体16の弾性力に
抗してロツド11を軸方向に進退させる流体圧シ
リンダ30を設けてなる回転軸フランジの着脱装
置であり、実施例においては、弾性体16とし
て、さらばねを組み合わせ、ロツド11の軸部1
2に貫装させ、さらばねの外径は、本体7の内径
15に遊嵌させてある。また、弾性体16である
さらばねの弾性力に抗してロツド11を軸方向に
進退可能にする手段として、流体圧シリンダ30
を使用しており、ロツド11はピストンロツド、

方向にライナピン28を引いて、ライナ21を移
