樹脂、6は前記熱硬化性樹脂を含浸するためのケ
ース、7は前記高圧ピン4に接続されている高圧
コード、8は前記1次コイル2巻終りと、2次コ
イル3巻始めと接続されている1次線、9は外装
用熱可塑性樹脂である。なお、この種イグニシヨ
ンコイルは電気的に前記低圧用1次コイル2、高

が浸入し、2次コイル3の外周あるいは1次コイ
ル2巻終り部と鉄心1間に漏洩回路ができ、飛火
不良につながるという欠点があつた。また、前記
鉄心表面1aが外部に露出しており、赤錆が発生

は高圧コードである。また前記ケース22とボビ
ン25は嵌合部34を持ち、軸方向の位置決めは
突き合せ部35で得ている。また、ボビン25が
ケース22から離反しない為に、ボビン25にフ
ランジ部25aを出し、このフランジ部25aの
先端25bがケース22の凹部22aに嵌入さ
れ、かつケース凹部22aの軸方向には微小な凸
状突起22bを突設し、この内側にボビン25の

26を長穴にしたことにより、ピツチ変動を補償

を設け、前記凹部に上記フランジ部を挿着する
ことで軸方向の位置決めをしたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の内燃機
