いる。(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, this type of storage device uses a mold to obtain a pair of cast metal members (die casting) with a U-shaped cross section, and then molds the inner surfaces of both U-shaped members to correspond to each other. After forming several guide grooves by cutting, etc., aligning both U-shaped members so that their openings match, and then fixing them with adhesives, screws, etc. to form a rectangular tube shape with openings at both ends. It is known what made up the block.

う問題があつた。 However, since the conventional type is die-cast, it is large and heavy, and since the upper and lower members are made separately and bonded together, the guide grooves are also separate. It has to be formed by cutting, which has drawbacks such as an increase in manufacturing steps and complication. In addition, it was difficult to align the guide grooves, resulting in a decrease in product yield. Furthermore, in the conventional device, since the guide grooves are formed to have a uniform depth and width, it is difficult to insert the lead frame, making it difficult to perform the work smoothly.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an embodiment of a lead frame storage device according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a lead frame storage device mainly consisting of a rectangular cylinder-shaped block (the one shown is a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped-shaped rectangular cylinder with a narrow width) having openings 1A and 1A at both ends (left and right directions in the figure). For example, it is constructed as an integral molded body made of aluminum. U-shaped notches 1B, 1B are symmetrically provided in the upper and lower parts of the openings at both ends, and a pair of upright wall portions 1D, 1
On the inner wall surface of D, several guide grooves 3, 3 are formed at regular intervals along the openings 1A, 1A at both ends, and are arranged at mutually corresponding positions on both inner wall surfaces. As shown in FIG. 2, these several guide grooves 3 are formed with tapered R grooves 3A that are deeper and wider than other parts at the end faces of the openings at both ends of the block 1.

At this time, since deep and wide R grooves 3A, 3A are formed in the opening end surfaces of the guide grooves 3, 3, the insertion of the lead frame is performed smoothly, and there is no possibility that the lead frame will get caught at the entrance or fall off. There is nothing to do. In addition, the U-shaped notch 1
B and 1B are used to ensure that they do not get in the way when using jigs such as sprockets for transporting lead frames, and also function as confirmation windows to visually check the storage status. If there is no need to provide this function, it may not necessarily be provided.

A male mold 5 in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped is provided with a plurality of protrusions that are long along the lateral direction and spaced equally apart from each other on both sides (front and rear surfaces in the figure). A rectangular cylindrical female mold 6 is placed so as to surround the four sides of the mold 5 at predetermined intervals, and in this state is attached to the processed end surface of the container 8 via a holder 7. In this state, an alloy material (billet) 9 mainly made of aluminum is stored in the cavity 8A of the container 8, and is pressed in the direction of the arrow with the stem 10 from the left direction ( X1 direction) in the illustration of the cavity 8A of the container 8. . At this time, since the billet 9 has been given flexibility by heating (for example, 400°C), it is pushed by the stem 10 and passes between the molds 5 and 6 forward (in the direction of arrow X 2 in the figure).
pushed out. As a result, blocks 1' having several guide grooves 3 on opposing inner wall surfaces are successively taken out. The block 1' thus obtained is cut into appropriate lengths to obtain the block 1 having an external shape as shown in FIG.

After applying it to wall 1, turn block 1 over and place it on the other wall 1.
This is also applied to the inner wall guide groove 3 of D to obtain an R groove 3A as shown in FIG. This R groove 3A is the guide groove 3
It tapers deeper and wider than the rest of the body.

Furthermore, the position of the guide grooves formed on the inner wall surface is also symmetrical, which improves the reliability of the product. Further, since the entrance and exit ends of the guide grooves are gradually deepened and wide toward the end face, insertion and storage of the lead frame is extremely easy, and there is no possibility of clogging or falling out.

It is possible to reduce man-hours and speed up work. In particular, when machining the entrance and exit portion of the guide groove, multiple disc-shaped cutters are used to cut the guide groove at the same time, which speeds up the cutting process and improves the uniformity of the finish. It exhibits excellent effects such as being able to secure
