対側腸壁に穿設した孔17よりハンドル3を挿入して刺
入釘付リングにハンドルを装着する。リングに装着した
ハンドルでリングを操作して、刺入針を吻合すべき肝門
部に合わせてバンドルの印を見ながら腸管及び肝臓の吻

る。又刺入後は、リングはそのまま残し、ハンドルはは
