【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は車両用ハブ減速機に関し、特にアクス
ルシヤフトの軸方向位置決め用ストツパの取付構
造の改良に関する。

生じて変形するためストツパ2を溶接した状態
で、該ストツパ2のアクスルシヤフト1に対する
端面位置が適正なものとならないため、各製品ご
とにストツパ2のアクスルシヤフト1端面との接
触面に機械加工を施してストツパ2の厚さtの寸
法管理を行う必要が有ると共に、このような機械
加工はストツパ2を溶接固定後のハブカバー3内
側において行う作業となるため面倒で手間のかか
るものであつた。

バーに相当する部材に設けた突起にドライブシヤ
フト、車軸、入力軸を係止する構造が開示されて
いるが、これらの公報に示された突起はいずれも
ハブカバーに相当する部材に一体成形されたもの
であり、ドライブシヤフト、車軸、入力軸に対す
る突起先端面位置は不動で調整できず、この技術
を前述したハブ減速装置のアクスルシヤフトの軸
方向位置決めストツパに適用した場合、ストツパ
を溶接固定したものと同様の問題点が生じ、なん
ら上記問題点を解決できない。

てアクスルシヤフトとの対向面に焼入れ加工を施
したストツパを、ハブカバー壁を貫通させて該ハ
ブカバー外壁面側に溶接する構成により、ストツ
パの溶接固定作業の容易化を図れ、該ストツパの
アクスルシヤフトに対する取付位置を自由に調節
し得るようにしてストツパの寸法管理を不要にす
る等上記従業の欠点を悉く解消した車両用ハブ減
速機を提供するものである。

以上説明したように本考案によれば、アクスル
シヤフトの軸方向位置決め用であつてアクスルシ
ヤフトとの対向面に焼入れ加工を施したストツパ
を、一端が開放された筒状形状を呈し、前記アク
スルシヤフト端部及び減速機構を覆い該アクスル
シヤフトに対して相対回転するハブカバーの他端
壁を貫通させて、該カバー端壁内面からのアクス
ルシヤフト軸方向突出長さを調節した上でハブカ
バー端壁外面側に溶接固定した構成により、溶接
固定作業の容易化を図れると共にストツパのアク
スルシヤフト端面に対する位置調節を容易に行え
るから、従来のようなストツパの寸法管理が不要
であり、又、ストツパ硬度増大のための焼入れに
関しても、その作業性の向上が図れる等全体に亘
りストツパの取付性向上を図れ、コスト低下を図
れる実用的効果大なるものである。
