PURPOSE:To obtain a foamy hair cosmetic, containing a polydimethylsiloxane- polyoxyalkylene polymer, phenylmethylpolysiloxane and propellant, and capable of exhibiting excellent foaming properties even under a low-temperature environ ment in the winter season without sticking finish. CONSTITUTION:The aimed substance obtained by blending 0.1-3.0wt.% polydimethylsiloxane-polyoxyalkylene polymer expressed by formula I (m is 1-10; n is 1-10; P is 1-3; R is 6-30; X is H or acetoxyl) with 0.05-0.5wt.% phenylmethylpolysiloxane expressed by formula II (Y is 1-140) or formula III (a and b are 1<=a+b<=140) and 2-20wt.% propellant. て本実の目的を達成できないことがわかった。他方、ポ
リエーテル変性ポリシロキサンの配合比率が1.2重量
%を超えると、低温での発泡性には変化はないものの、
仕上がりにややベタつく感触が生じ、更に3.0重量%
を超えると、さらっとした仕上がりは完全に損なわれる
ことがわかった。
