連続接着プレス機は、例えば表生地と接着剤を
付着した裏芯地を重合させて上下のコンベアベル
ト間に送り込み加熱しながら上下の加圧ローラに
より加圧接着して接着製品を連続して作るもので

ス機の加圧調整装置に係るものにして、その構成

調整して綿生地の加圧接着の場合でも所望圧に加
圧接着してつぶれないふんわりとした所望厚の接

部加圧ローラと上部送り込みローラ間に懸環し、
重合部材を送り込む下部送り込みローラと上部送
り込みローラをローラ間隙調整機構を介して対接
間隙を調整し得るように設け、下部コンベアベル
トと上部コンベアベルトをベルト間隙調整機構を
介してベルト対接間隙を調整し得るように設け、
下部加圧ローラと上部加圧ローラを加圧ローラ間
隙調整機構を介して対接間隙を調整し得るように
設けた事を特徴とする連続接着プレス機の加圧調
