By the way, in recent years, there has been a problem that the sandbox may be contaminated with bacteria such as pathogenic bacteria and become a hotbed of bacteria. That is, the pollution of the sandbox is mainly caused by the fact that the bacteria of excrement of animals mixed in the sandbox remain in the sand or grow under the conditions, but especially in urban areas, excretion of stray dogs, stray cats, etc. Since the places are concentrated in sandboxes such as schoolyards and parks, bacteria such as pathogenic bacteria increase the degree of pollution of the sandbox, and there is a concern that the health of users will be affected. Especially for children, they often play by touching the sand with their bare hands, which can cause illness. In the case of a sandbox where the sand is not always managed, the sandbox is contaminated with a large amount of dust such as vinyl or plastic containers, or sand particles stick to each other in the sandbox to form a lump. It is easy to make such dust and lumps and a portion where water is retained in the vicinity thereof, but it is considered that the retained portion of the water becomes a hotbed where the bacteria carried through the animal propagate. There is concern that the degree of pollution will be particularly high.

In view of the above problems, in order to sterilize the bacteria in the sand, a method of spraying a bactericide such as an agricultural chemical is applied. However, this method has a problem that a secondary disaster may occur due to the toxicity of the pesticide. There is also a method of heat sterilizing sand using a burner as a method that does not use a bactericide, but this time, because lumps of sand particles tend to condense and form lumps, it is necessary to crush the lumps and flames. When exposed to water, there arises a problem that the components contained in the sand are burnt and discolored.

In the method for purifying a sandbox of the present invention, first, the sand in the sandbox 1 is agitated by the agitator 2 (see FIG. 1), and at least one of H 2 O 2 and ClO 2 is dissolved in water. The surface layer purification liquid 16 is sprayed on the surface layer of the sandbox 1 to permeate it (see FIG. 2). (First step) The stirring is performed by crushing the aggregated sand lumps to remove the surface purification liquid 16
The purpose is to make it easier for water to penetrate and to remove dust such as empty cans in the sand. The surface purification liquid 16 is converted into water containing H 2 O 2 and Cl in the surface purification liquid storage tank 3.
It is generated by dissolving one or both of O 2 . In order to infiltrate the surface layer cleaning liquid 16 into the sand, the surface layer cleaning liquid 16 in the surface layer cleaning liquid storage tank 3 is sucked by the pump 17, and the pump 1 is passed through the water outlet hose 11 with the sprayer 15.
Using the pumping power of 7, it is evenly distributed over the sandbox 1.
By doing so, the live bacteria on the surface layer of the sand in the sandbox 1 can be sterilized.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the ozone water producing apparatus 4 carried into the work site was driven to spray and infiltrate the deep purification liquid 18 obtained by dissolving O 3 in tap water into the sandbox. After that, the sand is stirred (see FIG. 4), and the deep purification liquid 18 is further sprayed. (Second step) The agitation work between the two sprays of the deep purification liquid 18 is to mix the entire sand to allow the deep purification liquid 18 to permeate the entire sandbox 1 and further crush the aggregated sand lumps into smaller pieces. With the goal. Further, at this time, since the live bacteria on the surface layer of the sandbox 1 are sterilized by the first step, the live bacteria are not scattered over the entire sand by stirring the sand. The operation and effect of the present invention will be described below. According to the sand purification method of the present invention, the deep purification liquid 18
After the purification by the surface purification solution 16 is performed prior to the purification by, the entire sand is stirred, so that the entire sandbox 1 can be efficiently purified without dispersing the bacteria in the sand. That is, the types of bacteria inhabiting the sandbox 1 are different between the surface layer of the sandbox 1 and the deeper layer. The surface layer of the sandbox 1 forms a habitat layer of various live bacteria including Escherichia coli and Ascaris eggs, and the middle and lower layers form a habitat layer mainly composed of Escherichia coli and Ascaris eggs. (Or more, Nihonjuichikusandaigaku "on-site and measures of microbial contamination in the sandbox of the park" Veterinary Department of Public Health classroom Masatoshi Hayashi professor) to the sterilization of viable cells of the surface layer, H 2 O 2, ClO 2
Is effective, and is effective for sterilizing E. coli and roundworm eggs in the middle and lower layers.
3 is valid. In addition, these H 2 O 2 , ClO 2 , O
All of 3 are harmless because they naturally return to water and gas after spraying and dissipate. Further, the surface purification liquid 16 and the deep purification liquid 18 are in a non-toxic state since only water remains after the components are dissipated.

Therefore, according to the method for purifying a sandbox according to the present invention, the surface purification solution 16 and the deep purification solution 18 are classified by layers of the sandbox 1.
By separately using and, and further sterilizing the bacteria on the surface layer in advance, the bacteria on the surface layer and below can be sterilized without dispersing the bacteria on the surface layer, so that the bacteria in the entire sandbox 1 can be efficiently carried out. Moreover, since the surface purification liquid 16 and the deep purification liquid 18 which are non-toxic and spontaneously dissipate after being sprayed are used consistently in the purification work, unlike pesticides etc., toxic substances may remain after purification. None, it is safe to use the sandbox 1 immediately after the construction is completed. Moreover, since the antibacterial agent 19 is also non-toxic, the sand cleaning can be maintained safely and for a long time. Further, in the purification method of the present invention, the sand agitation work effectively permeates the surface purification liquid 16 and the deep purification liquid 18 into the entire sandbox 1 and, at the same time, restores air permeability and water permeability to the sand. There is no need to separately provide crushing work for lumps, and the work efficiency of purification improves.

As described above, according to the method for purifying a sandbox according to the first aspect, the surface layer obtained by dissolving at least one of H 2 O 2 and ClO 2 in a non-toxic and spontaneously evaporating solvent. The first step of spraying and infiltrating the purification solution into the sandbox, and after the completion of the first step, the deep purification solution of O 3 dissolved in a harmless and spontaneously evaporating solvent is sprayed and infiltrated into the sandbox. After that, by providing the second step of stirring the sand, the surface purification solution and the deep purification solution are separately used for each layer of the sandbox, and the bacteria on the surface layer are sterilized in advance to remove the bacteria on the surface layer. Since the surface layer and below can be sterilized without being dispersed, bacteria in the entire sandbox can be efficiently carried out, and there is no residual toxicity after purification, and it is safe to use immediately after the completion of construction.
