- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基板の上に被覆を施す方法であって、上記基板にアルミナイジング、クロマ イジング、あるいはシリコナイジングを行い、処理された基板上にCrAlM2 の粒子を含む浴から電解あるいは無電解デポジション法によって該粒子を金属マ トリックスM1と共デポジットするように金属マトリックスM1をデポジットす る工程を含み、上記M1がNi、Co、Feあるいはこれら要素のうちの2つあ るいは全てであり、M2がY、Si、Ti、Hf、Ta、Nb、Mn、Pt、稀 土類要素、あるいはこれら要素のうちの2つあるいはそれ以上のものである、被 覆方法。 2.前記基板のプラチナアルミニウム化を含む請求項1記載の方法。 3.パラジウムあるいはルテニウムのデポジションを含む、請求項1あるいは2 記載の方法。 4.前記M1CrAlM2の共デポジションの前に熱処理を含む、上記請求項のう ちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 5.前記M1CrAlM2の共デポジションの後で熱処理を含む、上記請求項のう ちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 6.アルミナイジング、クロマイジング、あるいはシリコンナイジング工程が、 制御された雰囲気においてほぼ6時間の間ほぼ900℃でアルミナイジングする 工程を含む、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 7.M1CrAlM2のデポジションに引続いて、熱障壁物質の層を付与すること を含む、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 8.1平方センチメートル当り5mAより小さい電流密度でのM1CrAlM2の 共デポジション工程を含む、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 9.1平方センチメートル当り3mAより小さい電流密度でのM1CrAlM2の 共デポジション工程を含む、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 10.前記金属マトリックス物質と粒子の共デポジションが50μmより薄い厚 さの層を形成する、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 11.前記金属マトリックス物質と粒子の共デポジションが25μmより薄い厚 さの層を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記金属マトリックス物質と粒子との共デポジションが15μm、好まし くは約12μmより薄い厚さの層を形成する、請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記金属マトリックス物質と粒子との共デポジションが該粒子の40g/ l以下の浴負荷で実施される、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 14.前記金属マトリックス物質と粒子との共デポジションがM1CrAlM2粒 子の単層あるいは二層のみを形成する、請求項1から13までのうちの何れか1 つに記載の方法。 15.前記アルミナイジング、クロマイジング、あるいはシリコナイジング工程 が、30−60μmの初期厚さを有するアルミ化物、クローム化物あるいはシリ コン化物の層を形成する、上記請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の方法。 16.前記アルミナイジング、クロマイジング、あるいはシリコナイジング工程 が、アルミ化物、クローム化物あるいはシリコン化物の層を形成し、該層が熱処 理後に、Al、CrあるいはSiの厚さ10−20μmの低濃度内部拡散領域と 、Al、CrあるいはSiの厚さ20−40μmの高濃度外部拡散領域とを含む 、請求項4、請求項5、請求項4あるいは5に従属する上記各請求項のうちの何 れか1つに記載の方法。 17.前記アルミナイジング、クロマイジング、あるいはシリコナイジング工程 が、アルミ化物、クローム化物、あるいはシリコン化物の第1の層を形成し、前 記共デポジションがM1CrAlM2の第2の層を形成し、該第2の層の厚さに対 する第1の層の厚さの割合が4:1と1:1の間にある、上記請求項のうちの何 れか1つに記載の方法。 18.上記各請求項のうちの何れか1つに記載の構成部分の基板の被覆を含む、 ガスタービン構成部分の製造あるいはオーバホール方法。 19.請求項18に記載するように製造あるいはオーバホールされたガスタービ ン構成部分。 20.請求項19に記載された構成部分を含むガスタービン。 21.請求項20に記載のガスタービンを含む車両。 22.請求項20に記載のガスタービンを含む固定装置。
