Further, the upper and lower end surfaces of the elastic member 12 are abutting portions 17 capable of abutting on the stopper portion 13, and in the present example, have a triangular cross-section. The abutting portion 17 is arranged so as to face the stopper portion 13 with a minute gap, and when the vibration is input, the abutting portion 15 and the stopper portion 13 come into contact with each other so that the elastic member 12 is excessively deformed. Are regulated. The contact portion 17 has a surface roughness Ry (JIS B060
In 1), it is formed on a rough surface having an uneven shape of 100 μm. Such a rough surface may be formed in advance by electrical discharge machining or the like on the surface of the rubber mold when the elastic member 12 is molded.
It can be easily formed by roughening with unevenness of μm, and this is easier and more cost effective than roughening the surface of the stopper portion 13 made of a metal plate.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
That is, when the vibration is transmitted from the piston rod (not shown), the elastic member 12 fixed to the piston rod through the inner member 10 receives the vibration, and the contact portion 17 formed on the elastic member 12 stops. Abutting on the part 13, the abutting part 17 then operates to separate from the stopper part 13.
When the contact portion 17 and the stopper portion 13 are separated from each other, the surface of the contact portion 17 is formed as a rough surface, so that the contact portion 17 is prevented from adhering to the stopper portion 13 and an abnormal noise is generated. Prevent occurrence.

When the abutting portion 17 and the stopper portion 13 come into contact with each other, the abnormal sound is brought into close contact with the surface of the abutting portion 17 and the surface of the stopper portion 13 due to the adhesiveness inherent to the rubber forming the elastic member 12. It is thought that this is a sound generated when the two are separated from each other, and the surface of the contact portion 17 is a rough surface as described above.
The contact portion 17 is prevented from coming into close contact with the stopper portion 13 to prevent generation of abnormal noise. Further, at this time, the rough surface of the contact portion 17, that is, the uneven surface formed minutely, has a difference in unevenness set in the range of 50 to 150 μm, which is suitable for preventing generation of abnormal noise. . If the unevenness difference is less than 50 μm, the gap due to the recessed portion may disappear due to elastic deformation at the time of contact, and the surface of the contact portion 17 may adhere to the stopper portion 13, and if the unevenness difference is greater than 150 μm, That is, if the convex portion projects more than 150 μm, the convex portion may be damaged by contact with the stopper portion 13 and may be broken and fall off, so that there is no unevenness and the desired effect may not be obtained.

2 and 3 are for showing another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows a state in which the outer member is removed. The same components as those in the embodiment of FIG. 1 will be described with the same reference numerals. according to this,
The elastic member 12 has a plurality of convex portions 18 formed as contact portions on the axial end surface. A plurality of convex portions 18 are continuously formed on the circumference of both end surfaces of the elastic member 12, as shown in FIG.
In, four convex-shaped portions 18 are formed on each end face. Each convex portion 18 has a gentle inclined surface 18A on both sides of the apex, and the inclined portions 18A are connected at the lower end portion so that each convex portion 18 is continuous on the circumference. The convex portion 18 has an inclined surface 18 from its top.
Similar to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the surface is formed to be a rough surface, that is, an uneven surface having a difference in unevenness of 50 to 150 μm, thereby suppressing the adhesion of the convex portion 18 to the stopper portion 13. It

As described above, this embodiment has substantially the same operational effect as that of the embodiment of FIG. 1, and the convex portion 18 forming the contact portion is inclined with the apex portion interposed therebetween. Since the surface 18 </ b> A is provided, the contact area gradually increases from the apex at the time of contact with the stopper portion 13, the spring characteristics change gently and hard, and the riding comfort becomes better.

In the above-mentioned two embodiments, the abutting portion is opposed to the regulating member with a gap, but the abutting portion is abutted on the regulating member in advance and the elastic member main body is input at the time of vibration input. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which vibration is suppressed by the presence of this contact portion between the control member and the regulating member. In this case, there is no impact when abutting from the separated state, and the spring constant does not rise sharply. Further, the shape of the contact portion is not limited to those of the above-described two embodiments, and for example, the end surface itself of the cylindrical elastic member, that is, the annular flat surface portion may be configured as the contact portion.

Further, the outer cylinder 14 may be combined with the outer member 11 if necessary by directly bonding the elastic member 12 to the outer member 11 by vulcanization. Furthermore, the stopper portion 13 does not have to be formed integrally with the outer member 11, and may be configured as a member other than this, for example, as a spring seat metal fitting of the suspension device. Further, instead of the structure in which the contact portion and the regulating member are in contact with each other at both end surfaces of the elastic member, only one end surface side may be provided. In this case, the other surface side is preferably fixed by vulcanization adhesion or the like.
