【発明の効果】本発明に係る配膳車によると、冷蔵庫内
の下部の空気が冷風吸引口から冷風吸引ダクト内に吸引
され、冷風吸引ダクト内において冷却用熱交換機により
冷却され、この冷却された空気が、冷風吹き出しダクト
に縦方向に複数並べて形成された冷風吹き出し口から各
トレー間にほぼ均等に吹き出されて循環し、冷蔵庫内を
所定の設定した温度まで低下させると共に、冷蔵庫内を
所定の設定した温度に保持することができる。また、各
トレー間にほぼ均等に冷却された空気を吹き出すため特
定の位置に置かれた食物に多量に空気が当たるというこ
とがなくなり、特定の位置に置かれた食物の乾燥が促進

膳車において、車両本体(1)の側面を開閉自在な開口
部として形成し、車両本体(1)を前後方向に仕切って
車両本体(1)内に温蔵庫(2)と冷蔵庫(10)とを
形成し、冷蔵庫(10)内に上部で連通した冷風吸引ダ
クト(11)と冷風吹き出しダクト(12)をそれぞれ
縦方向に配設し、冷風吸引ダクト(11)内に冷却用熱
交換機(16)を設け、冷風吸引ダクト(11)の側面
の下部に冷風吸引口(13)を設けると共に、冷風吹き
出しダクト(12)の側面の上下複数箇所に冷風吹き出
し口(14)を設け、冷蔵庫(10)内の空気を冷風吸
引口(13)から冷風吸引ダクト(11)内に吸引して
冷風吹き出しダクト(12)へ送ると共に、上記冷却用
熱交換機(16)により冷却された空気を冷風吹き出し
口(14)より吹き出させる冷風循環用ファン(17)
を設けてなることを特徴とする配膳車。1.
