Abstract

SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of paper-making materials such as kraft pulp are stored in respective chests 1, 2. The materials are supplied to a seed box 5 with tubular pumps 3, 4 furnished with inverters while increasing the feeding rate of the material in the chest 1 and decreasing the feeding rate of the material in the chest 2 in proportion to time. The supplied materials are mixed in the seed box 5, uniformly mixed with white water in a head tank 6 and supplied to a head box of a paper machine 7 to produce the objective gradient function sheet having a raw material composition continuously varying in the flow direction of the sheet.

た。それと同時に、紙料2を同型ポンプにて同様に、供
給量が70リットル/minから0リットル/minに
比例的に減少させながら種箱に供給した。2種類の紙料
を種箱にて混合後、ヘッドタンクにて白水に均一に混合
させ、紙料濃度0.07%にて傾斜短網抄紙機のヘッド
ボックスへ供給した。抄紙速度20m/minで80メ
ッシュのプラスチックワイヤーにて抄紙し、ドライヤー
にて乾燥後リールに巻き取り米坪量が48.5g/m
で抄幅500mm、長さ80mの傾斜機能紙を製造し
た。このようにして得られた傾斜機能紙の評価結果を表
1に示す。

ルクモーター仕様)を用い、そのポンプのトルクをイン
バータ制御により比例的に増加させることで供給量を6
3リットル/minまで4分間かけ比例的に増加させつ
つ種箱に供給すると同時に、紙料2を同型ポンプにて同
様に、供給量が63リットル/minから0リットル/
minに比例的に減少させながら種箱に供給した。2種
類の紙料を種箱にて混合後、ヘッドタンクにて白水に均
一に混合させ、紙料濃度0.05%にて傾斜短網抄紙機
のヘッドボックスへ供給した。抄紙速度15m/min
で80メッシュのプラスチックワイヤーにて抄紙し、ド
ライヤーにて乾燥後リールに巻き取り米坪量が55.4
g/mで抄幅500mm、長さ60mの傾斜機能紙を
製造した。このようにして得られた傾斜機能紙の評価結
果を表2に示す。
