According to the present invention configured as described above, the heat exchange element is always held in the element housing portion of the box body at both end surfaces thereof through the elongated holes and the projections fitted with each other. It has been prevented from falling. Then, when performing maintenance of the filter for preventing clogging of the heat exchange element, after releasing the holding other than the holding by the elongated hole and the protrusion, the heat exchange element is rotated about 90 times through the elongated hole and the protrusion. While doing so, it can be pulled out downward by the length of the elongated hole, whereby only the filter can be removed from the heat exchange element and taken out to the outside while the heat exchange element is held in the box.

Here, on both end faces 1a of the heat exchange element 1, a diagonal line is formed which connects one corner located between the filters 14 and substantially the center of the end face 1a to the other corner opposite thereto. An elongated hole 20 is provided along the other corner portion, which linearly extends while slightly inclining upward in the direction of the other corner. On the other hand, the side plate 5 that defines and forms the element housing portion 6, that is, the side wall of the element housing portion 6, has a hemispherical shape at a position located approximately in the center of the end face 1a when the heat exchange element 1 is housed therein. The protrusion 21 is provided so as to project.

The hemispherical projection 21 is slidably fitted into the elongated hole 20 of the heat exchange element 1 so that the heat exchange element 1 is always held by both end surfaces thereof, and this is the element housing portion. It is configured such that it can move relatively along the length direction of the slot 20 without escaping from 6. The elongated hole 20 is not limited to this embodiment, and it is needless to say that the elongated hole 20 can be appropriately changed, for example, a shape protruding upward in an arc shape, and the protrusion 21 can also be, for example, a cylindrical shape. it can.

The corner portion of the heat exchange element 1 located between the filters 14 is, similarly to the conventional example, the upper surface of the mounting plate 16 fixed thereto and the bracket 15 protruding into the element housing portion 6. After contacting the lower surface with each other, they are fixed by tightening the screw 17 from below,
The other corners are placed and held on the upper surface of the support plate 22 provided so as to project inward of the element housing portion 6.

As a result, the filter 14 located on the upper side is
So as to face downward, that is, to the right in FIG.
This rotation is not obstructed by the support plate 22 when the is rotated. Similarly, the partition plate 18 for separating the supply air and the exhaust air on the indoor side is detachably held by the heat exchange element 1 through, for example, a notch provided in the heat exchange element 1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, while raising the heat exchange element 1 upward, the heat exchange element 1 is rotated about 90 degrees in one direction (rightward in the figure) about the protrusion 21 so as to be orthogonal to each other. The attached filter 14 faces downwards. In this embodiment, when one side surface of the heat exchange element 1 comes into contact with the tip of the support plate 22, the rotation of the heat exchange element 1 is restricted, and the elongated hole 20 is oriented in the vertical direction. Is set.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, the heat exchanging element 1 is slid along the peripheral wall of the elongated hole 20 while utilizing its own weight, so that the projection 2 is pulled out downward and the projection 21 And stop through the slot 20. In addition,
As described above, by forming the elongated hole 20 in an upwardly curved arc shape, it is possible to rotate the heat exchange element 1 and at the same time draw it out downward, and prevent the heat exchange element 1 from abruptly descending.

In this state, the heat exchange element 1 to the filter 14
The filter 14 is removed and maintenance such as cleaning and inspection is performed, whereby the filter 14 can be maintained without taking out the heat exchange element 1 itself from the box body 4. It should be noted that in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the elongated hole 20 is provided on the end surface of the heat exchange element 1 and the projection 21 is provided on the side wall (side plate 5) of the element housing portion 6 is shown. It is also possible to provide a projection at the center of the end face of the exchange element 1 and to provide a long hole into which the projection is slidably fitted on the side wall of the element housing portion.
