Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin electric apparatus by a structure wherein electronic devices are mounted on one side of each of a set of adjacent circuit boards and applied with protective covers having corresponding protrusions and recesses. SOLUTION: Adjacent circuit boards P1, P2 are mounted, on one side with electronic devices and the rear side serves as a soldering surface. The surface mounting electronic devices is applied with insulating resin protective covers C1, C2 provided with protrusions and recesses. The protrusions and recesses are formed to fit each other when the circuit boards P1, P2 are combined while taking account of the arrangement of electronic devices to be mounted thereon previously at the stage of design. This structure facilitate the assembling work while reducing the overall size and thickness of electric apparatus.
