Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an infection preventive cover which is easily attachable and detachable, is simple in structure and is usable as a disposable product by adhering a film consisting of a soft transparent synthetic resin to one end of a pipe consisting of a straw-like bacterium-impervious material. CONSTITUTION:The straw-like pipe 1 is cut to meet the length of an endoscope and the adhesive is attached near the cut end of the pipe 1. The soft transparent synthetic resin film 2 is attached to the cut end face. As a result, the endoscope is visible through the transparent resin film 2. The distortions of the mirror image are substantially eliminated by tight adhesion of the film 2 to a lens. This infection preventive cover is easily attachable and detachable, is simple in structure and is usable as the disposable product. The cover eases the use of the endoscope and surely prevents infection.

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はストロー様のパイプの一端に軟質の透明合成
樹脂のフイルムを接着したものを医療用内視鏡の感染防
止用カバーとしたものである。医療用内視鏡は毎回使用
ごとに厳重な消毒により、感染の防止にあたっている
が、その消毒のためにかなりの時間を必要とし、内視鏡
を何本も準備しなければ限られた時間に頻回に使用する
ことは出来ない現状である。しかし この感染防止カバ
ーは容易に装脱着が出来、構造も簡単であり、デスポ製
品として、使用可能である点、内視鏡の使用を簡便にす
るものであるとともに感染予防をより確実にすることが
できる。本発明はこの点、内視鏡を使用する医療担当者
にとっても被験者にとっても大変有益なものと考える。
