Description of the Related Art A method for treating gastric and esophageal varices associated with liver cirrhosis has hitherto been performed by locally injecting a sclerosing agent having endothelial cytotoxicity such as endoscopic sclerotherapy into the varicose vein or outside the varicose vein. Block blood circulation by stagnating and forming thrombus,
The mainstream technique was devastating varicose veins.

As shown in FIG. 4, the esophageal varices ligation is performed by sucking the varicose veins (27) into a tubular device (22) attached to the tip of an endoscope (5) and preliminarily applying the varicose veins to the outside of the device. The cylinder (21) is pulled off with the wire (24) inserted from the forceps hole, and the O-ring (23) set by unfolding is pulled off, and it is hung on the root part of the varicose vein that has been suctioned to form a polyp.
It is a procedure to mechanically ligate a varicose vein by the force of the rubber of the ring to destroy it.

The tubular device (22) attached to the tip of the endoscope (20) is a cylinder (with an O-ring (23) attached to the tip ( 21) is inside. A wire (24) which has been passed through a forceps hole (25) of an endoscope is connected to the cylinder (21) in advance.
By pulling 4), the cylinder (21) retracts, and as a result, the O-ring (23) falls off from the cylinder (21).

As shown in b), the O-ring is attached to the hook (26) on the inside of the cylinder (21) and fixed, and the cylinder (21) is attached to the device (22). The wire (24) Since the wire is thin and the hook of the cylinder (21) is small, it is difficult to fit the tip of the wire, or the wire (24) or device (22) becomes slippery due to leakage of body fluid during treatment, making it difficult to wear. There is a long treatment time,
There is a problem that the ring cannot be used when it is dropped.

No. In this, the auxiliary tool (28) is put on the tip end side of the cylinder (21), expanded while pushing the O-ring (23) from the tip end side, and transferred to the tip end part of the cylinder (21) to be attached. However, since a small part called a cylinder (21) needs to be mounted while applying a large force, the workability is poor, and the cylinder and the O-ring are often dropped.

First, the O-ring is fitted to the tip of the expansion tool (6) on the rear end side, and the O-ring is expanded while moving toward the tip side along the tapered portion. Here, FIG. 2 (a)
As shown in FIG. 2, a concave portion (7) on the tip side of the expansion tool (6) is provided at the top of the tubular body (4) inserted into the hole (2) of the substrate (1).
Then, the expansion tool (6) is removed while pressing the O-ring (8) against the substrate (1) side. Incidentally, it is preferable to apply a small amount of silicone oil or the like to the O-ring so that the O-ring can be slipped easily and can be easily mounted.

It is preferable to provide a rib (5) larger than the outer diameter of the hole (2) of the substrate (1) at the lower end of the. When the O-ring is attached, the rib (5) is pressed from the lower surface side of the substrate (1) so that the tubular body (4) is stable and the attachment operation can be performed smoothly. Further, by providing the rib (5), the cylindrical body (4) having the O-ring attached thereto is fixed and does not fall off, which is convenient for carrying.

However, it is necessary to have enough strength to prevent deformation, and select a wall thickness that has an appropriate strength in combination with the material. However, the thicker the wall, the larger the outer diameter.
The O-ring may stretch too much and may not shrink completely, so it is better to reduce the outer diameter as much as possible by reducing the wall thickness.
Suitable for O-rings because it does not burden you.

The size of the contact portion between the cylindrical body (4) and the hole (2) of the substrate (1) is required to have an appropriate clearance, so that it is easy to process and the dimensional accuracy is good, and further, at the time of heat sterilization. Metals such as stainless steel and hard plastics are preferable as the material that does not undergo thermal deformation due to temperature or the like, but are not limited thereto.

First, xylocaine jelly or the like is applied to the outer surface of the fiber portion of the endoscope and set in the inner cavity of the guide tube for passage through the pharynx. Next, insert only the tip of the endoscope into the pharynx, then slide the guide tube along the endoscope to insert it into the pharynx, and insert the mouthpiece attached to the rear end of the guide tube to the patient. Hold it in the mouth and fix it.

The tip of the kit is applied perpendicularly to the ligation site as much as possible, and suction is performed by the suction mechanism attached to the endoscope to draw the varicose vein into the tip of the kit.
When the polyp-shaped varicose vein drawn into the field of view of the endoscope turns red, fluid is injected into the tube (15) using a syringe or the like, and the slide cylinder (12) is slid toward the distal end side to O-ring. And ligate the varicose vein. Below, 1
For each ligation, remove the endoscope and set the O-ring (8). Therefore, when the number of times of ligation is large, the required number of O-rings (8) are set in advance using the substrate (1) provided with a plurality of holes (2).
