- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 頂部から順に、上部組立体(3、4、5)と、下部組立体(6、7、8 )とを備えた吸収本体であって、 上部組立体(3、4、5)は、超吸収材料から実質的に解放された上部捕捉層 (3)と、ゲル層透過(GLP)値が少なくとも4×10-7cm3sec/gであり、少 なくとも約20g/m2である第1の超吸収材料によって主として構成されている超 吸収材層(5)とを有しており、 下部組立体(6、7、8)は、圧力50g/cm2における抗圧力吸収が少なくと も15g/gである第2の超吸収材層と、液体排出物の貯蔵のための空隙空間をも った上層(6)と、第2の超吸収材層を収容する下層(7)とを有しており、上 層と下層における第2の超吸収材層の全体量の少なくとも70重量%が、上層と 下層の結合厚さの下半分にあることを特徴とする吸収本体。 2. 第1の超吸収材料のGLPは、少なくとも6×10-7cm3sec/gであるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の吸収本体。 3. 第1の超吸収材料のGLPは、少なくとも9×10-7cm3sec/gであるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の吸収本体。 4. 第1および第2の超吸収材料は、同じ材料であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の吸収本体。 5. 第2の超吸収材料は、第1の超吸収材料よりも速い動的膨潤速度を有し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収 本体。 6. 第2の超吸収材料は、少なくとも0.2g/g/sの動的膨潤速度を有して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の吸収本体。 7. 第2の超吸収材料は、第1の超吸収材料の動的膨潤速度の少なくとも1 . 5倍の動的膨潤速度を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項又は第6項 に記載の吸収本体。 8. 下部組立体の上層と下層は、エアレイドされた繊維材料によって形成さ れ、第2の超吸収材料の少なくとも70重量%が、マトリックスの厚さの下半分 にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収 本体。 9. 第2の超吸収材料の少なくとも5重量%が、下層と上層の厚さの上半分 にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の吸収本体。 10. 下部組立体の上層と下層は、親水性繊維と超吸収材料の配合物をエア レイすることによって形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項又は第9項 に記載の吸収本体。 11. エアレイされたマトリックスは更に、下層と共に且つ下層の下でエア レイされた超吸収材料から実質的に解放された繊維層を備えていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第8項〜第10項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 12. 下部組立体の上層は、超吸収材料から実質的に解放されており、下層 は、超吸収材料からなる予備成形層であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜 第7項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 13. 第2の超吸収材料を含む層は、第2の超吸収材料のみから実質的に構 成されている薄い層であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の吸収本 体。 14. 下部組立体における第2の超吸収材料の量は、上層と下層の全体重量 の少なくとも30〜95重量%(好ましくは、45〜70重量%)であり、第1 の超吸収材料の量は、上部組立体の重量の30〜70重量%であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項〜第13項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 15. 上部捕捉層は、少なくとも5cm3g-1の湿潤圧縮度と、10gg-1のド リップ容量を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第14項のいずれ か1項に記載の吸収本体。 16. 捕捉層は、少なくとも50重量%の化学的に架橋されたセルロース繊 維を含む第1の繊維材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜 第15項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 17. 少なくとも0.8mlcm-2の平均理論基本容量と、200gcm-2におけ る9mm以下のスタック高さを有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第 16項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 18. 第1の超吸収材料は、実質的に超吸収材料のみによって構成される予 備成形された薄い層として存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第17 項のいずれか1項に記載の吸収本体。 19. 湿潤圧縮度が少なくとも5cm3g-1、ドリップ容量が少なくとも10gg-1 である第1の繊維材料(3)からなる上層と、実質的に非減少動的膨潤速度を もつ第1の超吸収材料(5)とを有する上部組立体と、 第2の多孔質材料(6)と、動的膨潤速度が少なくとも0.2g/g/s、圧力5 0gcm-2における抗圧力吸収が少なくとも15gg-1である第2の超吸収材料(7 )とを有する下部組立体とを備え、第2の超吸収材料が、第1の超吸収材料の動 的膨潤速度の少なくとも1.5倍の動的膨潤速度を有していることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の吸収本体。 20. 順に、液体透過性のトップシート(2)と、トップシート(2)に向 かって上部捕捉層が配置された請求の範囲第1項〜第17項のいずれか1項に記 載の吸収コアと、液体不透過性のバックシート(9)とを備えた吸収物品。 21. 使い捨ておむつ、失禁用製品、又はトレーニングパンツである請求の 範囲第20項に記載の吸収物品。 22. 頂部から厚さを通して順に、上部組立体と、下部組立体とを備えた吸 収本体であって、上部組立体は、少なくとも5cm3g-1の湿潤圧縮度と10gg-1の ドリップ容量を有する第1の多孔質材料(3)と、実質的に非減少動的膨潤速度 を有する第1の超吸収材料(5)とを備えており、 下部組立体は、第2の多孔質材料(6)と、少なくとも0.2gg-1s-1の動的 膨潤速度と少なくとも15g/gの圧力50g/cm2での抗圧力吸収を有する第2の超 吸収材料(7)とを備えており、第2の超吸収材料の動的膨潤速度が、第1の超 吸収材料の動的膨潤速度の少なくとも1.5倍であることを特徴とする吸収本体 。 23. 第1の多孔質材料は、少なくとも50重量%の化学的に架橋されたセ ルロース繊維を含む繊維材料であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項に記載 の吸収本体。 24. 少なくとも0.8mlcm-2の平均理論基本容量と、200gcm-2におけ る9mm以下のスタック高さを有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項又 は第23項に記載の吸収本体。 25. 順に、液体透過性のトップシート(2)と、トップシート(2)に向 かって上層(3)が配置された請求の範囲第22項〜第24項のいずれか1項に 記載の吸収コアと、液体不透過性のバックシート(9)とを備えた吸収物品。 26. 使い捨ておむつ、失禁用製品、又はトレーニングパンツである請求の 範囲第25項に記載の吸収物品。
