However, when such a conventional conduit clamp is used, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time and labor to fix a large number of conduit clamps with bolts. There is also a problem that the clamp is deformed if it is excessively tightened when the conduit is pressed by the conduit clamp to tighten the bolt, and therefore the tightening torque needs to be managed. Moreover, the conventional conduit clamp does not have sufficient strength at the bolt fastening part,
When a strong force is applied to the conduit, there is a risk that the conduit will separate from the mounting portion. Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the novel clamp which solves the problem in such a conventional conduit clamp.

The front end of the front leg portion 3 is bent by a bending portion 16 in the shape of a cross section before and after the bending portion 16. The pair of engaging claws 4a and 4b are projected laterally in a trapezoidal shape, and their oblique sides are aligned with the inclined surfaces of the inner flange portions 12a and 12b of the C-shaped steel material 11 (FIG. 3). Similarly, the inclined surfaces of the engaging claws 6a, 6b of the rear leg portions 5a, 5b also have inner flange portions 12a, 1 of the C-shaped steel material 11.
It matches the inclined surface of 2b. Further, the widths of the rear leg portions 5a and 5b are gradually narrowed toward the tip end side thereof. As the plate material having a spring property, a relatively thin stainless plate or spring steel plate having a predetermined rigidity and elasticity, for example, a thickness of about 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm can be used. Further, a plastic plate material reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber having similar characteristics may be used. However, it is preferable to use a stainless plate from the viewpoints of reliability and durability. To make the clamp of the present invention from these plate materials, for example, it may be cut into a T shape by a press or the like and bent into a predetermined shape.

FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference of this embodiment from the previous embodiment is that the bent portion 16 provided on the front leg portion 3 is located above the engaging claws 4a and 4b. It is located at. By doing so, it can be easily attached to the conduit. FIG. 12A and FIG.
2 (b) and FIG. 13 (a) (b) showing their sides.
As is clear from a comparison with the above, when the main clamp is attached, the engaging claws 4a of the front leg part 3 are not
The height of the front edge 17 of the rear leg increases when the rear leg 5a is positioned above the lower leg 2a. This is because the position of the bent portion 16 is higher than the top surface of the tip of the inner flange portion 12a. If this bent portion 16 is not provided, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the position of the front edge 17 of the rear leg portion 5a is lowered, and when the clamp is fitted on the electric wire tube 10, it is necessary to deform the front leg portion 3 more greatly. Will be difficult. In addition, in FIG. 12A, the front edge 17 of the rear leg portion is formed so as to widen toward the front end in the state shown in the drawing. This is for facilitating the attachment of the clamp by preventing the front edge 17 of the clamp from interfering with the electric wire tube 10 when the clamp is rotated about the point B of the hook 4a.

Next, FIG. 14 shows a third embodiment of the present invention.
The difference of this embodiment from the first embodiment is that a curved portion 19 is provided near the tip of the front leg portion 3. The curved portion 19 absorbs the tolerance of the conduit and the C-shaped steel material and absorbs the mounting error of the clamp. That is, the mounting height of the C-shaped steel material 11 on which the conduit is placed varies depending on the unevenness of the mounting surface. Then, the lower surface of the conduit tube cross-linked to the plurality of C-shaped steel tubes and the upper surface of the C-shaped steel material do not always come into contact with each other, and a gap may be opened between them. In such a case, by deforming the curved portion 19 and extending the front leg portion 3, it is possible to absorb the mounting error of the C-shaped steel material. In addition, the diameters of the C-shaped steel material itself and the electric conduit also vary to some extent. Even if these variations exist, they can be absorbed by the presence of the curved portion 19.

For reference, from a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 1.3 mm, the front leg 3 has a width of 22 mm, the engaging claws 4a and 4b have projecting lengths and widths of 6 mm and 6 mm, respectively, and the rear legs 5a and 5b have an intermediate height. A width of 14 mm, a diameter of 28 mm in which the protrusion length and width of the engaging claws 6a and 6b are 3 mm and 12 mm, respectively
1. A clamp for use in the electric wire tube of FIG. 1 was prepared, and one portion of the electric wire tube was fixed on a C type steel material arranged horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to test its attachment strength. As a result, the tensile strengths of the conduit in the axial direction, and in the horizontal and vertical directions perpendicular thereto are 6 times, 2 times, and 2 times, respectively, as compared with the clamp by the conventional bolt fastening method shown in FIG. Showed the value.

As described above, the electric wire tube clamp of the present invention is composed of a plate-shaped integral bending member, and has an extremely simple structure and a small number of parts. Then, the conduit is pressed by the pressing portion, and the pair of engaging claws of the front leg are engaged with the pair of inner flanges of the C-shaped steel material facing each other, and then the respective engaging claws of the pair of rear leg portions are opposed to the C-type steel material. It can be fixed to the C-shaped steel material simply by engaging the pair of inner flange portions in the same manner. Therefore, the conduit tube can be fixed quickly and easily with one touch. Moreover, unlike the prior art, torque management for fixing the conduit is not required. Further, the fixing strength of the conduit tube can be made higher than before.
