Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸部と有底円筒状のソケット部とが同心
状態で連接され、前記軸部と前記ソケット部との連接部
付近の中心部にパイプ取付け孔が凹設された成形素材を
成形してから、前記軸部の一部をその軸方向へ圧縮変形
させて前記ソケット部に連結軸部を介して連結されたほ
ぼ球形状の膨出部を成形し、次に、前記膨出部をプレス
加工によって塑性変形させて前記ソケット部の軸心と平
行な1対の端面を有するメガネ加工部を成形し、次に、
前記両端面に垂直な軸心を有する取付け孔を前記メガネ
加工部に打抜いてメガネ部を成形し、次に、ソケット部
内と前記取付け孔内とを連通する連通孔を前記パイプ取
付け孔の先方に穿孔して口金具本体を作製してから、パ
イプの内端を前記パイプ取付け孔内に嵌め込んで前記口
金具本体に固着することを特徴とするホース口金具の製
造方法。
1.
