Description of the Related Art As a training item for strengthening the back muscle group such as the latissimus dorsi muscle (a) and rhombus muscle (b) shown in FIG. 4, there is a vent over row using a barbell shown in FIG. Also, the basic of training to strengthen the back muscles is to ensure a large range of motion and to operate reliably. It is important to increase the vertical movement distance of the grip as much as possible in the forward leaning posture even in the case of vent over low. It is said that. Incidentally, conventionally, a training exercise assisting tool of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-49855 shown in FIG. 3 has been proposed. However, in this case, the angle of the gripping portion is always fixed in the orthogonal state with respect to the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and as a result, the operation becomes unnatural as a result different from the way of gripping when performing normal vent over brazing, I couldn't get enough training effect. In addition, the weight had to be removed from the shaft each time it was detached from the shaft, so the usability was very poor.

Further, by consciously rotating the grip during vertical movements, prominent and supination turning motions (twisting stimuli) can be applied to the forearm muscles to significantly enhance the training effect. Furthermore, for example, in tinning (suspension) training, the rotation of the gripping portion can prevent unreasonable stress from being applied to the elbow joint when the biceps muscle is contracted. Also, since the mounting part is detachable from the shaft, the exercise aid for training can be attached to and detached from the shaft even with a weight attached, which is convenient.

A and 3b can be easily fixed and released by a well-known bolt and nut structure 8. As a result, the barbell shaft 6 has a weight 7 (not shown in FIG. 1).
Even with the attached, the shaft 6 can be attached and detached. Further, since the grip portion 3 is rotatably connected to the mounting portion 2 by the rotary shaft 4 that is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the shaft 6, the grip portion 3 is directly connected to the shaft 6 when training, for example, vent over row. You can take the same starting posture as when you squeeze, and it does not force your wrists. Of course, since the exercise assisting device 1 of the present invention is attached, the position of the grip is located above the shaft 6 of the barbell 5 (FIG. 6) with the bent over wax raised, and as a result, , The range of vertical movement is increased, and the training effect on the back muscle group is greatly obtained. In addition, since the wrist holding the grip portion can be twisted during the vertical movement of the barbell 5 (Fig. 6), the pronation and supination movements of the forearm muscle group, which could only be done using the conventional dumbbell, can be performed in the bent over movement.・ Because it can be done while the row is moving, you can perform other-sided and effective training. It should be noted that it is preferable to attach a non-slip member 11 made of rubber or the like to this attachment portion so that the auxiliary tool does not inadvertently skid when attached to the shaft 6 for training. FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the rotary shaft 4 having the grip 3 at one end
There is a one-touch type detachable engagement portion 9 at the other end. Further, the mounting portion 2 is composed of a pair of sandwiching members 3a and 3b that are openably and closably connected by a pivot 13 as in the first embodiment, and the engaging hole portions 10 and 10 are provided at the ends thereof, respectively. It is provided.
Then, with the holding members 3 a and 3 b holding the shaft 6, the engaging portion 9 of the rotary shaft 4 is simply engaged and disengaged from the engaging hole portions 10 and 10, and the mounting portion 2 is attached to the shaft 6. Can be attached and detached (fixed, released). Therefore, also in the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the attachment portion 2 can be easily attached and detached (fixed or released) with the weight 7 attached to the shaft 6. In addition,
The exercise assisting device 1 for training of the present invention can also be used by attaching it to a tinning bar (shaft) 12 for suspension, as shown in FIG. At this time, the amount of lifting the body is increased by the amount of the auxiliary tool 1 attached,
The range of vertical movement is further increased, the stimulation of the back muscle group and the biceps brachii can be strongly obtained, and harder and higher-level training can be performed. As a matter of course, the attachment portion 2 of the exercise assisting device for training according to claim 1 of the present invention may be any one as long as it has a function of attaching the rotatable grip portion 3 to the shaft 6, and is limited to the shape of the described embodiment. Not done. Therefore, in some cases, for the shaft,
It can also be provided as a unit. The method of attaching and detaching the mounting portion 2 of the exercise assisting device for training according to claim 2 of the present invention to the shaft 6 is not limited to the shape of the present embodiment.
It should be noted that the grip portion 3 of the present invention is not limited to the shape of the described embodiment as long as it can satisfy the grip function.

勝手が非常に良好である。In the exercise assisting device for training according to the present invention, since the gripping portion is rotatably connected to the mounting portion by the rotary shaft in the direction orthogonal to the shaft, the same operation as when the shaft is directly gripped is performed. You can train at. Also,
By consciously rotating the grip during vertical movement,
The training effect can be improved by adding pronation and supination turning motions (twisting stimuli) to the forearm muscles. further,
When used for tinning (suspension) training or the like, it is possible to prevent unreasonable stress from being applied to the elbow joint when the biceps muscle is contracted by the rotation of the grip portion. In addition, in addition to the effect of the present claim 1, the training exercise assisting tool of the present claim 2 has a mounting portion that can be attached to and detached from the shaft, so that the training exercise can be performed even with a weight attached. Since the auxiliary tool can be attached to and detached from the shaft, it is very convenient to use.
