BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, it has been widely practiced to tile walls of various structures to finish them. In this case, after arranging the tiles in a desired arrangement state, affixing an adhesive sheet to the tiles to fix them, and then attaching the sheet-shaped tiles by pressing them against the mortar side of the surface, It is practiced to fix the resulting tiles to a formwork, then hit the concrete to harden it, and then peel off the adhesive sheet to finish it. However, when such a method is used, the water contained in mortar or concrete (usually called Noro) gradually oozes out and accumulates on the adhesive sheet side and hardens on the tile surface side to stain the surface. Therefore, after removing the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, it is necessary to remove this stain cleanly, which requires a great deal of work, and at that time, the tile surface may be damaged.

Also, styrofoam bar material is interposed between the tiles to fix them with an adhesive sheet, or similarly, the tiles are fitted into the holes provided in the plate material and fixed with an adhesive sheet,
It is also possible to fit and fix the tiles in the recesses provided in the plate material, but in this case as well, the noro wraps around the tile surface side and hardens to stain the tiles. After removing my body, I had to clean out this stain as well.

(Construction of the Invention) The present invention mixes a water-absorbing substance into the adhesive of the adhesive sheet for temporarily fixing the tile, absorbs excess slag, etc. by this, and finishes the tile surface cleanly without soiling it. It is something that tries to be able to.

Examples will be described below, a plastic sheet,
A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is provided on a base material 1 formed of cloth or other appropriate sheet material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 3 may be rubber-based, acrylic-based, silicon-based or the like, and the water-absorbing substance 4 is mixed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive. As the water-absorbing substance, various substances having a water-absorbing property can be used, but in particular, it is preferable to use a highly water-absorbing resin. For such substances, starch is graft-polymerized with acrylic acid, or pregelatinized starch is acrylonitrile. Starch-based superabsorbent resin graft-polymerized
Cellulose-based super absorbent polymer using CMC, self-crosslinked partially neutralized acrylic acid, crosslinked sodium polyacrylate, and other Povar type using Poval, polyoxyethylene type and other synthetic polymers There is a highly water-absorbent resin of the type. The highly water-absorbent resin is mixed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in an appropriate ratio according to the application, but it is often preferable to add the water-absorbent resin in an amount of about 0.2 to 5%.

When this is used, mortar 8 is applied to the surface of the building, the wall surface of the structure, the floor surface, and various other surfaces, and the tile side of the adhesive sheet to which the tiles are attached is placed with the mortar 8 facing the surface before it hardens. When the mold plate 9 or the like is applied from above and pressed against the mortar side, the tiles are embedded in the mortar, and the mortar enters into the part that becomes the joint 6 between the tiles. If such a state is maintained, the mortar gradually hardens, but even if the above-mentioned slag or the like comes out from the mortar in the process, these are the water absorbing agents contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 3. As it is absorbed by the material, it does not accumulate on the surface of the tile and harden and stick to the tile. When the mortar has hardened, the mold plate and the like are removed, and the adhesive sheet is peeled off to obtain a tile wall surface and the like with a clean surface and firmly fixed. Further, if necessary, the joint portion is further subjected to a finishing treatment to further improve the finish.

The adhesive sheet with such tiles temporarily attached can be attached to a formwork plate or the like, and concrete can be poured into the back side of the tile to harden it. Can be absorbed and removed.

(Effect of the Invention) According to the present invention, as described above, the surface of the tile is soiled with the water-absorbing substance to reliably remove slag, etc., which hinders the formation of a reliable joint, and is also excessive from mortar and concrete. It is possible to easily and economically obtain a tile wall surface or the like, which is clean and has tiles securely attached, without weakening the strength at the time of solidifying by removing water.
