Abstract

PURPOSE: To solve an extremely difficult problem of removing a grate bar after wear, since a dust accumulated layer is formed by the crush dusts which are filled and agglomerated in a gap between the grate bar mounted to a horizontal type hammer crush and the side face of a casing. CONSTITUTION: The end face of a grate bar opposite to the side face 11 of a casing is sloped into an inclined surface 51 so that the space between such faces will increase in the removing direction and a tapered gap is thus formed between the bar end face and the casing side face. Even if a firm accumulated layer is formed, when the grate bar is hit lightly in the removing direction, the peeling off occurs at the boundary of the inclined surfaces and the edges of both the faces are simply cut off so that the removal can be easily made. That is, this method ensures the shortening of the replacement time, the reduction of labor and the safety of the place of work.

The above is an example of the general shape of the horizontal hammer crusher, but many other shapes are also found. For example, the supply port 2 provided at the upper center or the upper side surface, the inspection covers 13 provided on both sides of the side surface 12 or the side surface 11, and the great bar arranged in an arc shape have one end of the arc as the rotor main shaft. No. 3 is arranged above the horizontal plane and the other end is arranged below the horizontal plane, or only one end of the arc is arranged above or below the horizontal plane of the rotor main shaft 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the great bar 5 is not only a box shape including a curved plate portion having a large number of regularly-perforated square holes 50 and legs provided under the curved plate portion, but also a horizontal shape. A method in which a large number of comb-shaped projections are provided on both sides or one side of a rod and the projections abut each other on adjacent great bars to form a desired outlet gap is often employed.

Only the object to be crushed, which has been crushed to a particle size equal to or smaller than the interval between the square hole and the exit gap, passes through the gap, is discharged downward, and is recovered as a product. Material to be crushed 2
When it is supplied from, it collides with the hammer 4 at the tip of the rotor disk 31 rotating at high speed in the crushing chamber R, and is repelled and crushed by the impact energy. The crushed object which has been splashed and repelled draws a line of action formed by the direction of the received energy and its own weight, and scatters downward to collide with the arc surface formed by the top surface of the great bar.

In recent years, as in the case of other models, there is a strong demand for improvement in the crushing efficiency of horizontal hammer crushers as well, and in order to reduce the rising labor costs, the efficiency of the equipment must be raised to control the production costs. It is a time when it will never happen. Naturally, it is of the utmost demand to increase the speed or increase the size of the device, and improvements regarding various parts of the horizontal hammer crusher have been proposed and implemented.

In order to improve the productivity of the horizontal hammer crusher, the hammer, which is the main component of the crushing action, naturally wears out more than before, and the material improvement that requires improvement in wear resistance is improved. Many have been proposed. Also, some improvements in the shape of the hammer, which are advantageous for replacement with a new article after the abrasion, are provided. However, the wear is not limited to the hammer, and all the surfaces inside the crushing chamber R formed in the casing are subjected to the collision of the crushed object that is splashed and scattered with the rotation of the rotor. Is difficult to avoid, even if there are differences.

The great bar forms a curved surface closest to the trajectory drawn by the hammer tip mounted on the rotor disk at a high speed, and opposes to each other. Since it corresponds to the outlet that passes through the void and is discharged to the outside of the crushing chamber, the object to be crushed having a high hardness always collides with or passes through while being rubbed, so that the wear is not so small. When the wear of the great bar progresses, the area of the open voids expands and passes through even large particles with a size larger than the specified size, so the error in the particle size distribution of the product is amplified, and if left as it is, this tendency further accelerates. Finally, since it may eventually cause quality defects, checking the progress of wear and appropriate updating are one of the important items in work management.

However, replacement of the great bar has been a labor-intensive task for workers and is one of the most difficult maintenance tasks. To replace the worn great bar, as shown in FIG. 4, the inspection cover 13 provided in the upper half of the casing 1 is opened to open the crushing chamber R, and the lift bar 10 is used to remove the great bar 5 as shown in the figure. It is usual to hang them up and carry them out one by one. Since the great bar 5 is fitted in the concave groove 18 formed between the upper guide 16 and the lower guide 17 which are provided on the inner surface of the side surface 11 of the casing 1 in an arc shape, the great bar 5 is inserted in the groove toward the inspection cover 13. Will be slid out.

FIG. 5 is a view of the conventional great bar 5a fitted between the upper and lower guides in a view taken along the line YY of FIG. 3A, and FIG. 6 is an XX development view of FIG. 3A. It is also the figure which shows the attachment state of the conventional great bar 5a, and shows the subject of this invention. As shown in the figure, a gap c is provided between the side surface 11 of the casing 1 and the side end surface 54 of the great bar 5a facing this side surface. Great bar material is made of high hardness wear-resistant material such as high manganese cast steel to extend its service life. Therefore, it is difficult to perform precision finishing by machining, and distortion and length during casting. In reality, it is difficult to avoid some gaps in order to absorb the tolerance of. However, the existence of this gap c causes a large amount of crushed dust, fine powder, and the like to be trapped during operation, and vibrations, collisions, rocking of the great bar, etc. are spurred to change into a consolidating and solidified sedimentary layer P. . Therefore, once such a strong deposited layer P is formed, even if an attempt is made to slide in the groove formed by both guides in order to replace the great bar, the gap c
Since it is solidified, it does not move even if it is given a slight blow, and its removal is extremely difficult. Even the inspection cover 1
Even if one of the three is removed, the workability of the next Great Bar will be worse, the difficulty of carrying out will be further increased as it goes in, and it will be a very alarming situation for managers from the viewpoint of workplace safety. There is a problem of frequent occurrence.

[Operation] Great bar 5 of the crushing chamber as illustrated in FIG.
When A is expanded and viewed, both ends of the great bar facing the side surface 11 of the casing 1 are formed by the inclined surfaces 51A, so that a taper gap C is formed between them. Therefore, when a shock is applied in the direction of carrying out the great bar (on the side of the inspection cover) as shown by the arrow, crushed dust and the like are compacted and aggregated in the deposited layer P.
The edge between the Great Bar and the Great Bar is easily cut, and the two are easily separated. That is, if the great bar moves even if a slight slight impact is applied to the great bar, then the great bar can be easily slid and removed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a development view of a great bar according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is in a state corresponding to FIG. 6 of the prior art.
In the figure, 5A is a box-shaped great bar composed of a curved plate portion 55 having a large number of square holes 50 and a leg portion 56 provided at the lower portion of the curved plate portion 55, on both sides facing the side surface 11 of the casing of the great bar 5A. The end is provided with an inclined surface 51A that increases toward the carry-out side. For this reason, a taper gap C is formed between the side surface 11 of the casing and the inclined surface 51A. The great bar 5A may have a structure in which the legs 56 are not provided, or may have a round hole or a slit instead of the square hole 50.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a great bar of another embodiment. In the figure, 5B is a great bar, which has a long horizontal bar 52, a plurality of protrusions 53 protruding in a comb-teeth shape in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal bar 52, and blocks 57 located at both ends of the horizontal bar 52. Then, both side ends of the block 57 facing the side surface 11 of the casing are provided with inclined surfaces 51B that increase in the carry-out direction. Therefore, similarly to FIG. 1, a taper gap C is formed between the side surface 11 of the casing and the inclined surface 51B.

In FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, a large amount of crushed dust, fine powder, etc. are caught in the taper gap C during operation,
Vibrations, collisions, rocking of the great bar, etc. are also spurred to change into a consolidating layer P that is consolidated and hardened. For this reason, if the inclined surfaces are not provided on both sides of the great bar, it is attempted to slide in the groove 18 formed by the upper guide 16 and the lower guide 17 as shown in FIG. 5 in order to replace the great bar. However, since the gap is hardened and solidified, even if a slight impact is given, it does not move slightly, and its removal is extremely difficult. Even if one near the inspection cover 13 can be removed, the workability of the next great bar becomes worse, and the difficulty of removal increases as it goes inward. However,
Since the great bar of the present invention has inclined surfaces at both ends, if a slight impact is applied, the great bar is easily cut off from the accumulated layer retained in the taper gap C, and the great bar is easily separated. To do.

As described above, the present invention makes it extremely easy to replace the worn great bar in the horizontal hammer crusher as compared with the prior art, so that the burden on maintenance is reduced and the original crushing work is performed. The percentage of time devoted to it becomes high. That is, there is an effect of making a significant indirect contribution to the improvement of productivity. In addition, not only is the replacement work carried out in an unstable posture simplified, but it can also be done with a light impact, which significantly reduces the burden on the worker and brings about a great improvement in workplace safety. The effect cannot be overlooked.
