It is known that β-cyclodextrin is blended to suppress skin irritation (see Japanese Patent No. 1402779 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 267218/1987). However, β-cyclodextrin has a low solubility in a detergent and its stimulative effect was not sufficient. It has also been proposed to use a methylated cyclodextrin as a cleaning agent (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. S60-12065).
No. 62-62897) is very expensive because it is chemically modified.

The present invention has been completed based on the finding that it can be dissolved.

A cyclodextrin-forming enzyme (Cycloamylos), which is a non-reducing maltooligosaccharide in which eight glucose (glucose) molecules are linked cyclically by α-1,4-glucoside bonds and is produced by microorganisms of the genus Bacillus sp. Glucan
It is obtained by acting otransferase) on starch. As the mixed cyclodextrin, α-cyclodextrin 50 to 80% by weight, β-cyclodextrin 15 to
Those containing 45% by weight and 5-20% by weight of γ-cyclodextrin are used. Such a mixed cyclodextrin has a significantly higher solubility in a detergent than conventionally used β-cyclodextrin, and irritation of the detergent to the skin is significantly suppressed. If the blending ratio of each of α-, β-, and γ-cyclodextrins in the mixed cyclodextrin is out of the above range, the solubility in a detergent is low and the effect of suppressing skin irritation decreases.

However, by combining α, β, γ-cyclodextrin, the solubility is synergistically improved as compared with the case of alone, and as a result, it becomes possible to include a wider range of stimulants, It is estimated that the irritation suppression effect was significantly improved.
