Recent furniture and housing materials are required to be lighter in weight in order to streamline the production and distribution process. Therefore, a flash structure is used for each component panel of wooden box furniture, interior door panels for houses, etc. Is common.
The flash structure is a structure in which a decorative plate B is adhered to both sides of a rectangular wooden frame A as shown in FIG. 5 to form a panel, or a wooden rectangular frame as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8. The core material C is put inside A, and the decorative board B is adhered to both the front and back surfaces of the core material C and the peripheral frame A to form a panel.
Conventionally, the following is a flash panel in which the core material C is arranged inside the peripheral frame A. . As shown in FIG. 6, a honeycomb-shaped core material C made of paper is arranged inside a peripheral frame A, and decorative plates B are adhered to both front and back surfaces of the core material C and the peripheral frame A with an adhesive.
[0005] As shown in FIG. 7, a combination of elongated thin plates D is used as a core material C, and the core material C is arranged inside the peripheral frame A without being fixed to the peripheral frame A. Decorative plate B is adhered to both front and back surfaces of C and peripheral frame A with an adhesive.
[0006] As shown in FIG. 8, a wooden elongated crosspiece is used as the core material C, and both longitudinal ends of the crosspiece are abutted against the inner surface of the peripheral frame A and fixed with an adhesive. Decorative board B is adhered to both sides by adhesive.
[0007] As shown in FIG. 9, an elongated wooden crosspiece is used as the core material C, and navels E formed at both ends of the crosspiece are fitted into fitting holes formed on the inner surface of the peripheral frame A, and the core material is formed.
