Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when stacking thin leaf pieces such as paper materials and folding them into folds, especially in the case of band wrapping of raw seaweed, it has been performed manually. In other words, the procedure was to stack two sets of a pile of raw seaweed (10 sheets) on top of each other with their half areas overlapped, and then turn over and overlap the remaining half areas of both wings.

Since the turning amount is large, it is difficult to increase the speed, and especially when it is used for folding a piece of raw seaweed, this raw seaweed is relatively strong and brittle, so there is a risk that it will break due to sudden folding. Therefore, this kind of conventional means is difficult to apply.
そこで、本発明では、かかる要求に対処し得る積層海苔

Due to the structure in which the installation positions are shifted back and forth on both sides of the transfer path, the folding of both blades is folded from one side of these blades first, and then the other blade portion is folded.

In the above, two sets of one scholar (10 layers) of raw seaweed leaf pieces (hereinafter, abbreviated as a shackle piece) are inserted with intervening paper 3 sandwiched between each shackle piece 2, 2. The two blades are left and the central portion is overlapped (see the upper chain line in FIG. 3) and placed. At this mounting position, a chain belt conveyor device 4 (see FIG. 3) with a feed piece for the knuckle pieces 2 and 2 is installed, and it is installed side by side with a part of the transfer path by the device 4 and A pair of nipping roller groups 5a and 5b are arranged.

These rollers 15a to 15g are hooked on a pulley 16a connected to the drive system 6. The belt 16 is synchronously driven. That is, the main part of these rollers 15a to 15g is, as shown in FIGS. 6a to 6e, first, the roller 15a is arranged perpendicularly to its side edge with respect to the transfer path.
The following roller 15b is arranged with a slight inclination so as to be crowned on the transfer path, and the following rollers 15c and 15d are arranged with an increased inclination facing the transfer path, and the roller 15e is in a horizontal state parallel to the transfer path surface. It is located in. And
Both folding devices 14a and 1 having such a roller structure.
When installing 4b on both sides of the transfer path,
In order to prevent 15a to 15e from colliding with each other on the track, their positions are offset from each other.

Are fed to the arrangement position of the nipping roller groups 5a and 5b in an overlapping state while being regulated on both sides by guard rails 11 and 11 by a chain belt conveyor device 4 with a feeding piece. In the area of the roller groups 5a and 5b, as shown in FIG. 9b, the hinge pieces 2 and 2 are conveyed while being sandwiched vertically. At this time, the folding guides 12 and 12 on both sides of the hinge pieces 2, Both wings of 2 are gradually raised,
Eventually, as shown in Figure 9c, it will be upright. In the area beyond this, guide rails 18, 18 are attached to the folding bases of the pocket pieces 2, 2, and when the passage of the pocket pieces 2, 2 is sensed, the feeding device 13 sends the pocket pieces 2, 2 to the guide rails 18, 18. Only one sheet of intervening paper 13a or desiccant having the size of the overlapping portion is sent out and placed on the overlapping portion (see FIG. 9d).

It can be folded and sandwiched. At the same time, the other folding part 14b folds the other wing part of the knuckle pieces 2, 2 onto the wing part previously folded. This state is shown in Fig. 9g. And in this folding state,
Further, the guide rails 18 and 18 are pulled out and pressed by the pressing piece 19, and as shown in FIG. 9h, the processing is completed and the guide rails 18 are transferred to the delivery position.

The wing guide gradually raises both wing portions of the seaweed piece, and a folding device consisting of a tilting roller is used to fold back the wing portions that have been erected first and stack them in a stepwise manner. Therefore, firstly, the seaweed pieces as the pieces to be processed are not disturbed during the processing process, and even if they are a large number of stacked pieces, they can be performed relatively reasonably and reliably. Therefore, it is possible to automatically and automatically perform the folding operation for the conventional manual strapping packaging.
