【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は、自閉水栓に於ける吐水量調節手段の改良に

第3図)のものがある。上記第3図に就いて説明する
と、湯水混合栓の本体31内を混合室32と吐水室33に分割
画成し、本体31に取付けたハンドル34の押圧操作により
混合室32から吐水室33への流路を開閉する自動閉弁型の
開閉弁35を備えた湯水混合栓であって、混合室32と吐水
室33とを区画する隔壁36には環状口37を及び前記吐水室
33を形成する本体31の外壁に該環状口37と同軸上に開口
38を夫々開設し、該開口38から本体31内部に挿入可能な
筒状のケース39を前記環状口37を挿通して混合室32と吐
水室33に亘って固定し、該ケース39は内部に弁孔40を開
設するとともに該弁孔40の周囲に弁座41を形成し、該弁
座41を挾んで混合室32側には混合水流入口42をかつ吐水
室33側には混合水流出口43を夫々ケース39周壁に開設
し、該ケース39内にケース39内周面を摺動し弁座41に一
次側より接離して弁孔40を開閉する弁体44を配設すると
ともに該弁体44の背面側に小通路45を介して混合室32に
連絡するケース39内部分を圧力室46として構成し、さら
に前記弁体44に弁孔40を挿通して前記開口方向に伸延す
るスピンドル47を固定し、基端が前記ハンドル34に連係
する中空筒状の弁軸48を弁孔40方向へ向けて進退可能に
ケース39内に配置するとともに該ケース39内に弁軸48を
ハンドル34方向に付勢するスプリング49を設け、かつ先
端がスピンドル端面に対向するスピンドル押動杆50を前
記弁軸48内に螺合配置し、該スピンドル押動杆50とスピ
ンドル47との当接端面間距離を調整可能に構成されてい

共に、該作動軸の内端を前記弁体の挿孔に挿通した被動
軸に接離自在に対応させ、前記作動軸の外端に取付けた
ハンドルはリブの螺孔に前記ブッシュと向合う調節ねじ
を螺挿し、該調節ねじの先端とブッシュの外端面の間隔
を調節することで吐出管から供給される吐水量を調節可
能とし、前記ハンドルの押圧操作により弁体を摺動させ
ることで弁座口を開放し、給水室の圧力水を小通路から
弁室に供給することにより弁体が弁座口を閉塞する自閉
水栓に於いて、前記ハンドルの端面を覆うキャップには
前記調節ねじと同一軸線上にドライバーを挿入させる小

一体的に結合し、別に設けた調節ねじ8を前記リブ2の
螺孔9にねじ送り自在に螺挿し、この螺孔9と直角方向
に通じる螺孔9aには前記調節ねじ8が経年使用中に緩ま
ないように固定させるための小ねじ10を螺挿すると共
に、前記ハンドル1の雌ねじ部11にはハンドル1の端面
を覆うキャップ13を取付け、該キャップ13には前記調節
ねじ8と同一軸線上にドライバーを挿入させる小孔12を
開口している。ブッシュ14は、前記作動軸3を挿孔6aに
挿通させて支承し、このブッシュ14は雄ねじ部5aを介し
て後記の自閉水栓Aの雌ねじ部11aに取付けられてお
り、前記作動軸3の外端には前記挿孔6aからの抜け止め
用のスナップリング16を取付けてハンドルユニットBを
構成する。前記自閉水栓Aは、給水室17と吐水室18を区
画する隔壁28に弁座口19を穿設し、該弁座口19を開閉す
る弁体20の一端に穿設した小通路20aにより前記給水室1
7と、弁体20とプラグ25の間に形成された弁室21を常時
連通し、その弁体20には弁座口19を挿通する断面十字形
状のガイド22を一体的に連結すると共に該ガイド22と弁
体20に設けた共通の挿孔6bには被動軸23を挿通し、該被
動軸23の先端には抜け止めのスナップリング16aを、基
端には大径の座24を設け、該座24とプラグ25の座24aと
の間の弁室21に第1スプリング26を弾装する。この第1
スプリング26の弾性圧は前記ハンドル1とブッシュ14と
の間に配した第2スプリング26aより弱いものを用いる
ものとする。以上のように構成した自閉弁機構15は給水
室17に接続する混合水栓本体(図示省略)に通じてお
り、前記吐水室18を経て吐出管27から外部に供給するよ

する迄の長さと等しい。上記弁座口19の開放により給水
室17に達していた混合水は弁座口19から吐出室18及び吐
出管27を経て外部に供給される。次にハンドル1から手
をはなすとハンドル1及び作動軸3は第2スプリング26
aの弾性圧により元の位置へ復帰する。しかし弁室21は
減圧状態であるため弁体20はすぐに弁座口19を閉塞する
ことはなく、弁体20の小通路20aにより給水室17から弁
室21に供給される圧力水によって弁室21の容積が除々に
拡大し、弁体20が移動して弁座口19を閉塞したところで
混合水の供給は停止される。この場合混合水の供給量は
調節ねじ8の先端8aとブッシュ14の外端面14aの間隔に
より決定され、間隔が大きいほどハンドル1を押した時
に弁体20は弁座口19から離れる方向に作用し、ハンドル
1を離した後に弁体20が弁座口19を閉塞するまでの時間
が長くなり、供給量も増加する。この供給量の調節はハ
