Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to observe a measured indication value while confirming the pressing condition of a probe against an object to be measured by building a vibration sensor, a temperature sensor and a signal processing circuit in the probe and providing an output indication section thereto. CONSTITUTION:A protection pie 3 is projected from a top end of a probe 1, a top end of a thermocouple 5 is projected therefrom and a tip portion of vibration detection needle 7 is projected from the center thereof. An indication section 8 of the measured values of the vibration and temperature is provided on the central portion of the probe 1. The probe 1 is grabbed by a hand and the needle 7 and thermocouple 5 are pressed against a surface of an object and furthermore, the top face of a contact plate of the thermocouple 5 is pushed in up to the top face of the pipe 3. A mechanical vibration of the object acts to a piezoelectric element via the needle 7 and the voltage variation of the piezoelectric elements is transmitted to an earphone 10 via a signal processing circuit to generate a vibration sound. The voltage variation is also transmitted to a CPU so that the average or a peak value thereof is indicated on the indication section 8 with a digital value 8a or a bar graph 8b. A temperature signal of the object is detected by the thermocouple 5 and is transmitted to the CPU to be indicated on the indication section 8 with a digital value 8a.

When measuring the operating state of the object to be measured,
Grab the probe 1 with your hand and press the tip of the vibration detection needle 7 against the surface of the object to be measured to resist the elastic force of the spring part of the switch fitting 17 to the upper surface of the contact plate 21 of the thermocouple 5. By pushing in, the thermocouple 5 is also pressed against the object to be measured. Further, the thin plates 5a and 5b of the thermocouple 5 are bent to push the tip of the vibration detecting needle 7 and the upper surface of the contact plate 21 to the upper surface of the protective tube 3. The mechanical vibration of the object to be measured is transmitted to the vibration transmission plate 11 through the vibration detection needle 7, and the piezoelectric element 1 is generated as a pressure fluctuation.
Act on 3. In response to this, a voltage change occurs in the piezoelectric element 13. This voltage fluctuation is sent from the electrode plates 12 and 14 to the terminals 19 and 20 of the signal processing circuit 18 through the lead wires, amplified by the amplifier circuit 31 and sent to the earphone 10 to generate a vibration sound. Further, the signal is sent from the amplifier circuit 31 to the central processing circuit 33 through the detection circuit 32, and the average value, the peak value, etc. are displayed on the display unit 8 as a digital 8a or a bar graph 8b. On the other hand, the temperature signal of the object to be measured is detected by the thermocouple 5, sent to the terminals 27 and 28 of the signal processing circuit 18 through the thermocouple contacts 26a and 26b, and sent to the central processing unit 33 through the amplifier circuit 34. , Digital 8a is displayed on the display unit 8.
