骨の形状が加工されるようになった。このため中つけの
仕上時間がかなり短縮される利点がある。しかし特に中
つけにおいては、人手のため1日の生産量は多少の差は
あるが、約13,000本程度である。最近は技術者不足、高
令化に伴ない、ますますその生産量は減少の方向にむか
っている。又プレスにおいても、接触加工のため切削性
が悪いと、切断面の不良、割れの原因となり、後工程に
も大きく左右する欠点がでてきている。
