Further, in order to achieve the above-mentioned other object, the size of the teeth protruding from the main body of the comb body is made larger than the overlapping size of the main body and the teeth, and the flesh of the teeth located between the cleats of the tread plate from the overlapping part to the tip. The thickness was made thin.

According to the above configuration, the angle at which the tread plate on the landing floor intersects becomes gentle, and the teeth of the comb body also mesh with the cleat of the tread plate at a gentle angle. Therefore, the wheel of the wheelbarrow can be smoothly loaded onto the comb body, and the chance of the passenger's toe hitting the comb body is reduced. In addition, by loosening the inclination of the inclined portion,
The inclined portion approaches the tread plate located directly below the inclined portion. When the tread tries to turn over to change the course there, the tread rises and collides against the back side of the inclined part, making it impossible to invert, but below the inclined part there is a horizontal tread. Since it is always located, the reversing tread is located on the upper side of the inclined portion, and there is no collision with the landing floor.

Further, according to the configuration of the comb body, when a foreign object is caught between the teeth and the cleat of the tread, the thin teeth can be damaged to reduce damage to the cleat. As described above, even if the thin-walled portion of the tooth is damaged, the thick-walled portion remains, so that a large gap does not occur between the concave portion between the cleats and the comb tooth, and thus the operation can be continued safely.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to an escalator for performing the ascending operation shown in FIGS. Fig. 4 shows the upper boarding section of the escalator. The footboard 2, the balustrade 5, the moving handrails 6, and the landing are placed on the frame 1 that is supported by straddling the floors (not shown) of the building that are separated vertically. The floor 7 is supported. There are a plurality of treads 2 and they are connected endlessly, for example, via a chain (not shown). The forward side 2A of the plurality of endlessly connected treads 2 moves with a passenger or a handcart, and the return side 2B moves under the tread 2 of the forward side 2A in the opposite direction. The footboards 2A on the outward path side 2A are guided by guide rails 3 fixed to the frame body 1, respectively. In addition, from the outward side 2A to the return side 2B, or the return side 2B
The sprocket 4 is located at a position where the moving direction is changed from the forward path 2A to the forward path 2A, and the chain connecting the treads 2 is wound. Therefore, the treads 2R reaching the sprocket 4 are sequentially inverted. The balustrade 5 is erected on both sides of the forward path side 2A of the endlessly connected tread 2, and guides a moving handrail 6 that moves in synchronization with the tread 2 at the upper end thereof. In addition, the landing floor 7 is the outward path of the tread 2.
At the end of 2A, the frame 1 is placed so as to cover the stepping plate 2R which is reversed.
It is fixed on.

Here, the landing floor 7 is composed of a floor plate 8 including a base plate 9 which is a strength member and a decorative plate 10 covering the surface thereof, and a comb body 11 attached to the tip thereof. The comb body 11 includes a main body 12 and teeth 13. The teeth 13 project further toward the tip than the main body 12 and also project downward, so that there is no contact between the cleats 2K formed on the tread 2. It meshes with. An upward step is formed at the tip of the substrate 9, and the step is used as a support 8E for supporting the comb 11. On the other hand, a downward step is formed at one end of the main body 12 of the comb body 11 (an end opposite to the teeth 13), and this step is supported by the substrate 9.
12E. Then, the supported portion 12E is connected to the supporting portion.
8E is piled up, and both are fixed with countersunk screws 14. The surface of the comb body 11 when the comb body 11 is fixed to the floor plate 8.
It is necessary to set the plate thicknesses of the supporting portion 8E and the supported portion 12E so that the 11S and the surface 8S of the floor plate 8 are continuous surfaces without a step.

As described above, the landing floor 7 having the comb body 11 provided at the tip is formed. The landing floor 7 is continuous with the horizontal portion H in order to reduce the step difference from the moving tread 2, and the inclined portion L is provided.
Is formed. The length of the inclined portion L is equal to or longer than one length L 0 along the moving direction of the tread 2. In this way, by increasing the length of the inclined portion L, the landing floor 7
If the height of the horizontal portion H with respect to the tread plate 2 is the same as the conventional one, the inclination angle of the inclined portion L becomes gentle. Therefore,
When the passenger and the handcart move from the tread 2 to the landing floor 7, the claw 11 and the impact on the landing on the comb 11 are reduced, and the safety when getting off the escalator can be improved. In addition, since the inclined portion L is gently inclined, the inclined portion L comes closer to the tread 2 that enters under the floor of the landing, as compared with the conventional case. Then, the tread 2 that has entered under the floor of the hall becomes a tread 2R that is inverted, and this tread 2R that is inverted
With the reversal, the rear end 2E in the traveling direction rises once. As a result, the rear end 2E in the traveling direction of the stepped-up footboard 2R, which has been lifted, collides with the approaching inclined portion L due to the gentle inclination, and the landing floor 7 or the footstep 2R is destroyed. Therefore, in the present invention, the landing floor 7 is installed below the inclined portion L of the landing floor 7 so that at least one of the footboards 2 on the outward path is positioned in a horizontal state. That is, the presence of at least one tread 2 in a horizontal state below the inclined portion L means that there is no inversion of the tread 2 in that range,
Therefore, the inverted footboard 2R will not collide with the inclined portion L.

From the above points, the present invention needs to lengthen the length of the inclined portion L in order to make it gently inclined, and at least one horizontal tread 2 below the inclined portion L must be configured. . In other words, the position P where the inclined portion L starts is near the maximum rising portion of the rear end 2E in the traveling direction of the tread 2R to be reversed.

By the way, the inclined portion L is composed of the inclined portion L 1 of the floor plate 8 and the inclined portion L 2 of the comb body 11. The inclined portion L 1 is formed by a plane H 1 , and the inclined portion L 2 is formed by a plane H 2 and a curved surface R. In addition, the plane H 1 is, relative to the horizontal portion H, an inclination angle θ 1 of 5 degrees or less with respect to the horizontal tread 2.
Moreover, the length of the inclined portion L of 300 mm or more can be carried out with almost no change in the conventional configuration. Particularly, the inclination is made at an inclination angle θ 1 of 3 degrees, and the plane H 2 is the plane. that the length of the inclined slope portion L at the angle of inclination theta 1 following the inclination angle theta 2 is a 530mm has been made safe and easy getting on and off to H 1. The curved surface R is formed with a radius of about 300 mm.

In addition, the comb body 11, with respect to the length L 3 of the supported portion 12E, then the then the previous length L 4 1.5 times or more curved surfaces R
The radius of curvature of is increased. Incidentally, the model used in the experiment, the inclined portion L 2 of the comb body 11 is about 115 mm, of which the length L 3 of the supported portion 12E is about 40 mm, L 4 is 75 mm, the wheelbarrow landing I was able to move to the floor smoothly. In this way, by making the tip of the comb body 11 long and increasing the radius of curvature, the inclination of the comb body 11 with respect to the tread 2 can be made gentle, and the combing of the passengers to the comb body 11 and the pushcart of the wheelbarrow can be reduced. It is possible to easily get on the comb body 11 of the wheel W. still,
Since the total length of the comb body 11 becomes long and the protrusion dimension L 4 from the substrate 9 becomes long, the material should be a metal material such as an aluminum alloy instead of a synthetic resin material so as to withstand a heavy load such as a pushcart. Is desirable.

By the way, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the thickness of the teeth 13 protruding from the tip of the main body 12 of the comb body 11 and between the cleats 2K of the tread plate 2 is constant, and the gap between the cleats 2K is made as narrow as possible. There is. When the comb teeth 11 are made of an aluminum alloy so as to withstand a large load, the mechanical strength of the teeth 13 is significantly superior to that of synthetic resin. When foreign matter such as pebbles or coins enters between the teeth 13 of the aluminum alloy comb 11 and the cleat 2K of the tread 2, one or both of the teeth 13 and the cleat 2K are destroyed. Due to these destructions, a large gap exists between the comb body 11 which is a static body and the tread 2 which is a moving body.
There is a risk of pulling your toes into the gap.

Therefore, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5 to FIG.
The shape of the tooth 14 has been improved. Teeth on the tip of the body 12 of the comb body 11.
The basic shape for projecting 14 toward the tip side and between the cleats 2K of the tread 2 is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, but the thickness and length of the tooth 14 are improved. That is, the length L 5 of the tooth 14 along the traveling direction of the tread 2 is made shorter than the length of the above embodiment. Then, the length L 6 overlapping the main body 12 of the length L 5 of the teeth 14 are formed shorter than the length L 7 that projects along the step board advancing direction from the front end of the main body 12. And the tooth
The thickness of 14 is a thick portion 14A from the tooth tip along the upper surface to the portion overlapping the main body 12, and the inside thereof is a thin portion 14B. A portion of the thick portion 14A that overlaps the main body 12 is extended to a portion without the teeth 14 to form a reinforcing rib 15. The thick portion 14A is mainly formed on the surface layer of the tooth 14, and the boundary with the thin portion 14B forms a sharp step. Further, the reinforcing rib 15 and the thick portion linearly connected to the reinforcing rib 15 are the tops of the cleats 2K of the tread 2.
It exists above 2T.

Since the tooth 14 has such a shape (length and thickness), if a foreign matter enters between the tooth 14 and the cleat 2K, the force by which the foreign matter will deform the tooth 14 or the cleat 2K. Concentrates on the step portion between the thick portion 14A and the thin portion 14B of the tooth 14, and cuts almost the entire tooth 14 from the main body 12, as shown in FIG. As described above, since the comb body 11 which is easily attached and detached is damaged by the invasion of the foreign matter, the damage can be minimized and the comb body 11 can be replaced in a short time.

The relationship between the comb 11 with the teeth 14 cut off and the tread 2 is as shown in FIG. A large space is created when the section of the cleat 2K where the teeth 14 are cut is seen in a cross section, but the bottom of the main body 12 of the comb body 11 (the top of the cleat 2K is formed above the space).
Since the thick portion 14A of the tooth 14 that is continuous with the reinforcing rib 15 projects from the surface facing the 2T), the upper portion of the space is not opened, and the cut portion of the tooth 14 does not touch the toe of the passenger. You will not be drawn in. Therefore, even if the teeth 14 are broken, it is not necessary to immediately stop the operation of the escalator, and the comb body 11 can be exchanged while waiting for the passengers to be quiet or the end of the business operation for one day.

By the way, in order to facilitate the cutting of the tooth 14, in the above embodiment, the thick portion 14A and the thin portion 14B are provided to provide a step portion that changes abruptly, but the thickness of the tooth 14 is not changed, As shown in FIG. 10, a groove 14G may be provided so that the cross section changes abruptly. Of course, the position of the groove 14G is determined by the position of the main body 12 of the comb body 11.
Below the bottom of the and above the top 2T of the cleat 2K. Further, instead of the groove 14G, a large number of holes penetrating the teeth 14 may be provided along the position where the groove 14G is provided.

However, in the case of providing the groove 14G or a plurality of holes, since the comb body 11 is made by integrally molding a synthetic resin or an aluminum alloy in a mold, considering the pulling direction from the mold, the groove or Holes cannot be provided, and it is necessary to make grooves and holes after molding. But,
Grooves and holes between narrow teeth are extremely troublesome operations.
Therefore, considering the formability of the comb body 11, it is optimal to provide the step portion by changing the thickness of the tooth 14.

Although the escalator has been described above, the present invention can also be applied to an electric road having no step between the pedestal and the adjacent tread. Furthermore, although the above description relates to the upper entry / exit section of the escalator that performs ascending operation, that is, the exit, it is naturally necessary to configure both the entry and exit sections for the reversible operation. Further, for the one-way driving escalator or the electric road, the present invention may be applied only to the exit, but it can also be applied to the entrance side in the sense of standardizing hall parts.
