【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、帯状フイルムをロール状に巻回したフイルム

位置によって握力が変わりやすく、フイルムの締付けす
ぎやゆるみが生じやすいと共に、フイルムにしわ等が発
生しやすい問題点がある。第５図の巻付けホルダーの場
合は、把手を握ったまま操作することによりフイルムロ
ールを支持軸を回転軸として回転させて帯状フイルムを
引出し巻付けできるが、把手がフイルムロールの回転軸
と離れているためにフイルムの巻付けに際して余分な力
