According to the present invention, since the lamp connecting portions having different wattages are integrally provided in the lamp holder, the lamp connecting portions can be easily distinguished from each other for each watt lamp and the lamp can be easily mounted. The lamp holder has a connector part at one end and a low wattage lamp connecting part projecting from the bottom surface side of the fixture body at the other end, and extends from the intermediate part between the connector part and the low wattage lamp connecting part to the fixture body. Since it has a high wattage lamp connection portion protruding from the side surface of the device, the diameter of the device body can be made small, and the device height can be made low and thin, and can be led out from the side part of the device body when the device is attached. In addition, the low wattage lamp connection is tilted approximately 45 degrees to the outside of the fixture in the radial direction, and the high wattage lamp connection is tilted in the same direction as the low wattage lamp connection, further reducing the fixture height. In addition, it is easy to insert the lamp because the lamp connection part is easy to see. Further, since the low wattage lamp connection portion is arranged below the high wattage lamp connection portion, there is an effect that the attachment / detachment operation of each lamp becomes good.
