Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate taking-out of a charging type battery at disposal. CONSTITUTION:In a main body case 1 for storing a charging type battery 7, a case part 10 for constituting its part is slidably mounted across a position where taking-out of the charging type battery 7 is possible and a position where its taking-out is impossible. As the case part 10 is made to slide to a position where it can be taken out, a notched part 22 is formed between opposition faces of the case part 10 and the main body case 1. Twisting force application tool 23 is inserted in the notched part 22 so that the case part 10 can be easily separated from the main body case 1 and the charging type battery 7 can be easily taken out.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, rechargeable batteries such as Ni-Cd batteries have become mainstream in rechargeable electric razors and various other small electric devices because they can be repeatedly used as the power source compared to dry batteries. Since it uses harmful substances such as cadmium, it is not preferable to dispose of the whole equipment anywhere to prevent pollution. Therefore, at the time of disposal, it is necessary to remove the rechargeable battery from the device and collect it.

However, unlike the dry battery, the rechargeable battery cannot be easily taken out from the device. If the contact terminal plate such as a coil spring or leaf spring is used as the rechargeable battery is stored in the device,
The contact resistance increases with the lapse of time and the characteristic of the rechargeable battery that a large current can be taken out cannot be exhibited. Therefore, the rechargeable battery must be firmly connected and fixed to the circuit in the device by soldering or the like. In such a mounted state of the rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery cannot be taken out from the device unless the soldered portion is removed or the lead wire is cut with a blade or the like.

Further, since it is difficult to know from which part of the device the rechargeable battery is housed, it is necessary to break the entire device when taking it out, but such destruction is not an easy task. In particular, when the rechargeable battery is taken out by an actual general user, not by a service person of the equipment, it does not have a special removing jig, which is extremely difficult.

[Function] When the rechargeable battery is taken out from the device, if a part of the case is slid to the rechargeable battery take-out position, a notch is formed between the opposing surfaces of the part of the case and the main body case. A part of the case can be separated from the main body case by inserting the twisting force imparting tool, so that the rechargeable battery can be easily taken out. If a part of the case is slid to a position where the rechargeable battery cannot be taken out, the notch is not formed, so that the case is not accidentally or accidentally separated.

Further, between the lid 10 forming a part of the main body case 1 and the main body case 1, a means having a function of not removing the lid 10 in the switch-on position but first removing it in the switch-off position is provided. To be That is,
As for the means, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, at least a pair of elastically deformable retaining claws 19 and 19 are provided on the inner surface of the lid 10 forming a part of the main body case 1, while The retaining claw 1 is placed in the case opening 5.
A pair of left and right wall pieces 20 on which 9 and 19 disengage due to this elastic deformation
By providing 20 facing each other, the lid 10 can normally slide the retaining pawls 19 along the inner side of the wall piece 20 in the vertical direction between the ON position and the OFF position while preventing slippage. . When the lid 10 is in the off position, it can be removed. For that purpose, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a notch 22 for removing the lid is provided on one side below the opening of the case opening 5. As shown in FIG. 4, a twisting force imparting tool 23 such as a coin is inserted into the notch 22 and twisted in the direction of arrow A so that the lid 10 engages the retaining claws 19 with the wall pieces 20. I've solved it and made it come off. Incidentally, when the lid 10 is in the ON position, even if the twisting force imparting tool 23 is inserted into the notch portion 22, the lid 10 cannot be twisted, so that the lid 10 cannot be removed.

Now, in order to take out the rechargeable battery 7 from this device, the lid 10 which constitutes a part of the case 1 of the main body is shown in FIG.
And as shown in FIG. 4, after sliding the switch 11 to the off position to turn off the switch 11, the twisting force imparting tool 23 is inserted into the notch 22 and the lid 10 is pryed as described above, so that the lid 10 is closed. Remove. Thus, the rechargeable battery 7 can be taken out from the case opening 5 by breaking the wiring board 4 along the break line 16. Then switch 1
Since No. 1 is off, breaking work can be done safely without the risk of sparks. Therefore, the off position of the lid 10 that forms a part of the case 1 of the main body case is the rechargeable battery 7.
Of the rechargeable battery 7, and the ON position of the lid 10 is the position of the rechargeable battery 7 that cannot be taken out.

(Third Embodiment) FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is different from that of the first embodiment in the operation form of the switch and the structure of the lid 10. That is, in this embodiment, the switch operation button 6 in the push operation mode is adopted, and the cover 10 holds the button 6 together with the switch 11 by the lid 10.
It is composed of. Regarding the lid attachment / detachment control means provided between the lid 10 and the main body case 1, the lid 10 is
By engaging the elastically deformable retaining claw 19 protruding from the case of the switch 11 with the engaging hole 25 of the lid support piece 24 protruding into the case opening 5 of the main body case 1, the case opening 5 is formed. It is kept closed. When the switch operation button 6 projects from the lid 10 in the off state, the button 6 is used as a knob and the lid 10 is strongly pulled, so that the retaining claw 19 can be removed from the engagement hole 25 and removed from the case opening 5. it can. However, in the switch-on state, the switch operation button 6 sinks to the lid 10 side and the amount of protrusion thereof decreases, so this cannot be used as a knob, and the lid 1

According to the rechargeable small electric device of the present invention,
By sliding a part of the case that forms part of the body case to the rechargeable battery removal position, a notch is formed, and by inserting a twisting force imparting tool into this notch, the case part is removed from the body case. Since they can be separated, the rechargeable battery can be easily taken out from the main body case without doing unreasonable things such as breaking the main body case unnecessarily. If a part of the case is slid to the position where the rechargeable battery cannot be taken out, the notch is not formed, so that it is possible to prevent a problem such as accidentally or accidentally separating the part of the case and causing damage. .
