共に、この支軸(1)の下部に係合歯車(6)を固着
し、フレーム(2)の内部に制動アーム(7)を軸支す
ると共に、車輪(3)の横ピン(3a)の外周に係合歯
車(8)を固着し、 前記操作ピン(4)をバネ(10)により上方向に常時押
圧しつつ、操作レバー(5)により操作されるカム体
(9)をこの操作ピン(4)の上端に当接させ、操作ピ
ン(4)の下端を制動アーム(7)に連結し、さらにこ
の制動アーム(7)と同軸に回動する支軸制動体(13)
を前記係合歯車(6)の係合歯(6a)に係脱自在に配
すると共に、制動アーム(7)に取り付けた車輪制動体
