In addition, a battery type vacuum cleaner in which the suction air volume is switched by a changeover switch is also known (Shokai Sho 60-67).
However, if such a changeover switch is used in the above-mentioned rechargeable vacuum cleaner, the voltage value applied to the operation indicator lamp will change depending on whether the changeover switch is strong or weak, and the brightness of the lamp will change. There is a fear that will change. In particular, when the operation display lamp is also used for informing the charging time, the lamp is turned off and the charging time is displayed even if the vacuum cleaner can be used, thus confusing the user.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a rechargeable vacuum cleaner in which the use is informed and the charging time is accurately informed by turning off the lamp.

A rechargeable vacuum cleaner having a changeover switch, and changing the changeover switch to connect the first and second battery groups in series or in parallel to change the power supply voltage to the fan motor. A series circuit of a switching element and an operation indicator lamp is connected in parallel with the battery group, and a control pole of the switching element is connected to the fan motor through a rotation detection circuit of the fan motor, and this switching is performed during charging. It is characterized in that the operation indicator lamp is energized by bypassing the element.

On the other hand, since the operation display lamp is turned on by using only the first battery group as a power source, the brightness does not change even if the rotation speed of the fan motor is changed by switching the connection between the first battery group and the second battery group. Further, when the battery voltage decreases and the rotation speed of the fan motor decreases, the counter electromotive force of the fan motor decreases and the operation display lamp goes out, so that the charging time can be known.

Therefore, this operation display lamp can be used also as the display lamp during charging.

Six batteries (7a) to (7f) of the battery group (16) (17) are connected in series to supply power to the fan motor (6), the fan motor (6) rotates at high speed, and the dust collecting power is maximized. Then, it strongly inhales dust on the carpet where it is difficult to collect it. Next, set the operation knob (8a) to the "middle" position, and the second contact (22a)
(22b) is connected to the third contacts (23a) and (23b) respectively, and the three batteries (7a) to (7c) of the first battery group (16) are connected,
A single battery (7f) of the second battery group (17) is connected in series to supply power to the fan motor (6), and the fan motor (6) rotates at a slightly lower speed than the above and the dust collection power becomes standard. It efficiently inhales dust from standard places such as tatami mats. Next, set the operation knob (8a) to the "weak" position and the third contact (23
a) (23b) is connected to the fourth contact (24a) (24b) respectively, the first and second battery groups (16) (17) are connected in parallel, and the fan motor (6) rotates at a lower speed. As a result, the dust collecting power is minimized, and dust in a place such as on a table cloth is reliably sucked in without sucking the table cloth, and the usage time is doubled. The light emitting diode (30) lights up at the same brightness at each of the "strong", "medium", and "weak" positions, and when the battery voltage further decreases and the rotation speed of the fan motor (1) drops, the fan motor The decrease in back electromotive force is transmitted to the base of the transistor (27) through the rotation detection circuit, the transistor is cut off, the light emitting diode is turned off, and the user is notified of the charging time. Next, when the operation knob (8a) is set to the "OFF" position, the fourth contact points (24a) (24b) are connected to the fifth contact points (25a) (25b), respectively.

る。In this state, since the fan motor (6) is not supplied with power, the rotation is stopped, but when the charging terminals (18a) (18b) are connected to the power supply terminals (14a) (14b), the first battery group is connected. (16) and the second battery group (17) are connected in series via the fan motor (6) to be charged. At this time, since the charging current is significantly lower than the rotation driving current of the fan motor (6), the fan motor (6) does not rotate. At this time, a current flows through the diode (32) to the light emitting diode (30), which lights up to notify that charging is in progress.

It is possible to obtain dust power, and the operation display lamp lights up at the same brightness regardless of the dust collection power, and the charging time can be accurately known by turning off this lamp.
