itis in the Guinea Pig (1970), Charles, C, Thomas, Pu
blisher Springfied, Illinois, USA] The blending amount (usage amount) of the vanillyl alkyl ether in the cosmetic of the present invention is 0.05 to 0.5% by weight based on the total weight of the prescription components (weight of the composition). 0.05% by weight
If it is less than 0.5% by weight, the warming effect is insufficient, and if it exceeds 0.5% by weight, the warming feeling (hot feeling) is too strong, which is not preferable. Examples of the water-soluble surfactant used in the present invention include anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants, among which the following formula is used for calculation. Hydrophilic-lipophilic (HLB) value of 10 to 20
The nonionic surfactant is most preferable in terms of the time required to detect a warm feeling, the strength of the warm feeling, the duration of the warm feeling, and the like.

If the amount is less than 0.05% by weight, the time required to detect the warm feeling is too long, and the strength and duration of the warm feeling are insufficient, which is not preferable. Further, if it exceeds 5% by weight, the warm feeling is too strong, which is not preferable.
