ンドオーバーする前に呼が切断されてしまう事を未然に

る機能と、前記隣接する無線基地局の受信電界強度およ
び単位時間当たりの受信電界強度変化量を測定する機能
とを有し、 前記移動機が通信中の無線基地局が屋内用無線基地局で
あった場合に、隣接する屋外用無線基地局の受信電界強
度および単位時間当たりの前記受信電界強度変化量が前
記移動機に予め設定されている各々のしきい値を共に越
えた場合には前記屋内用無線基地局の受信電界強度に関
わらず前記移動機が前記屋内用無線基地局から前記屋外
用無線基地局へのチャネル切り替えを前記屋内用無線基
地局に対して要求し、 また、移動機が通信中の無線基地局が屋外用無線基地局
であった場合に、隣接する屋内用無線基地局の受信電界
強度および単位時間当たりの受信電界強度変化量が前記
移動機に予め設定されている各々のしきい値を共に越え
た場合には前記屋外用無線基地局の受信電界強度に関わ
らず前記移動機が前記屋外用無線基地局から前記屋内用
無線基地局へのチャネル切り替えを前記屋外用無線基地
局に対して要求することを特徴とするハンドオーバー方
