In particular, a pair of peeling rollers are arranged in parallel with each other with their axes parallel to each other, and are rotated in opposite directions, and a work piece is inserted between both peeling rollers to polish the skin thereof. It concerns a stripping roller.

In addition to accumulating fatigue in various parts of the body and, in turn, adversely affecting health, the work piece becomes deeply peeled or has a tendency to be scratched, resulting in a decrease in efficiency and a decrease in yield.

This is a problem for practical use because it is infiltrated and accumulated, and peeling debris accumulates, and because the brush is worn, damaged, or distorted, the peeling work is practically impossible or the peeling efficiency is significantly reduced. By forming a cylindrical roller body that surrounds at appropriate intervals and filling elastic foam as a cushioning material between the recess of the drum-shaped roller core and the elastic member, centrifugal force at high speed rotation is formed. We have already proposed a peeling device that utilizes the elasticity of the elastic member pieces and the polishing action of the abrasive.

It has the advantage of being significantly shortened and capable of performing uniform peeling work over the entire surface of the workpiece.

That is, due to the water content of the foam, a phenomenon occurs in which the central part of the roller swells and exhibits a barrel-like shape. As a result, in extreme cases, the outer peripheral parts of both rollers come into contact with each other due to centrifugal force, and the abrasive grains scatter, finally. Came to break the roller. Further, even in the case of not so bad, there was room for improvement such that the surface of the workpiece could not be uniformly subjected to the polishing treatment, and the treatment area was reduced, resulting in a decrease in stripping efficiency.

As a result, a hollow body is formed between the cylindrical body and the recess of the elastic member. The inventors of the present invention have unexpectedly found that the above problems can be solved, and have reached the present invention. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a peeling roller capable of performing smooth peeling at high speed without causing a barrel-shaped expansion phenomenon. In addition, it is possible to provide a peeling roller that allows the roller to be flexibly attached to the outer shape of the vegetable to be processed and keeps the outer shape of the vegetable as natural after peeling. To aim.

It is preferable because it can easily conform to the outer shape. As a result, the peeling speed is increased, and peeling is possible without losing the outer shape while keeping the natural shape. This leads to an improvement in yield, and finally a peeled product having a natural contour is obtained.

れる。(2) Since it is configured as a hollow body having a completely hollow portion, and the drainage opening portion is provided in the both-side bent peripheral edge portion of the tubular elastic member,
Water that enters the hollow part is drained at any time during high-speed rotation and does not accumulate in the hollow part, so the central part of the peeling roller does not expand like a barrel and is retained in a cylindrical shape. Therefore, smooth and efficient peeling is achieved.

る。(3) Since the surface of the work piece can be conformed to the outer shape of the work piece, the surface can be surely polished by the abrasive material, so that no unnecessary peeling occurs and the yield after peeling improves. In addition, there is an advantage that after the work, it is finished like a natural shape.
