2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the yield and reliability of products have been improved by improving the corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of a porous object to be treated to a gas or liquid, or increasing the density and strength. Therefore, a sealing treatment is performed by impregnating a liquid sealing agent. For that purpose, an apparatus as shown in FIG. 4 is usually used. When performing the impregnation operation by this, the lid of the pressure-resistant impregnation tank 51 is opened, the object to be treated is placed inside the lid, and the lid is closed. The opening / closing valve 54 provided in the communication pipe with is opened, and the inside of the impregnation tank 51 is extended by the vacuum pump 53 for about 10 to 15 minutes to be 2 to 5 mm.
Reduce the pressure to about Hg. Then, the on-off valve 54 is closed and the on-off valve provided in the communication pipe with the impregnating liquid supply tank 52.
55 is opened, and the amount of the impregnating liquid enough to sufficiently immerse the object to be treated in the impregnating tank 51 is supplied from the impregnating liquid supply tank 52 by the pressure difference between the two tanks 51, 52. Then open / close valve 55
And the opening / closing valve 57 provided in the communication pipe with the compressor 56 is opened, and the inside of the impregnation tank 51 is filled with the pressurized air from the compressor 56 for about 10 to 15 minutes,
Impregnation is performed by applying a pressure of about 7 kg / cm 2 . Then, the opening / closing valve 57 is closed and the opening / closing valve 55 is opened to return the impregnating liquid in the impregnating tank 51 into the impregnating liquid supply tank 52. Then open / close valve 55
And the open / close valve 58 provided in the communication pipe open to the atmosphere is opened to release the residual pressure in the impregnation tank 51, and then the lid of the impregnation tank 51 is opened to take out the object to be treated. It was

By the way, in the treatment method as described above, decompression in the impregnation tank, supply of the impregnation liquid from the impregnation liquid supply tank to the impregnation tank, pressurization in the impregnation tank, and in the impregnation tank. Since all the processes such as returning the impregnating liquid to the impregnating liquid supply tank and releasing the residual pressure in the impregnating tank are all performed using air, each of those processes requires a long time. However, there is a problem that it takes an extremely long time as a whole, and if any one of these steps is shortened due to some reason, satisfactory impregnation cannot be performed.

When the vacuum levels in both tanks 1 and 26 become equal in this way, the on-off valve 31 is closed and the on-off valve is closed.
Open 39. By doing so, the liquid level of the impregnating liquid 42 in both tanks 1 and 26 becomes H2, and when the vacuum degree and the vacuum time in the impregnating tank 1 reach the set values of 1 mmHg and 10 seconds respectively in this state. , The motor 10 is restarted to lower the piston member 2, and the lowering is continued even after the bottom surface reaches the surface of the impregnating liquid 42. Due to this descending, the surplus impregnation liquid 42 in the impregnation tank 1 and the residual air between the bottom surface of the piston member 2 and the surface of the impregnation liquid 42, that is, the defoaming gas,
It is discharged into the impregnating liquid supply tank 26 through the opening / closing valve 31 through the relief groove 16 on the bottom surface of the piston member 2.

The present invention is as described above, and the impregnating liquid supply tank in which the impregnating liquid is stored by the rapid depressurizing means after the flow of the impregnating tank and the rapid depressurizing means is blocked by the operation of the valve member. The inside of the pressure-resistant impregnating tank containing the impregnating liquid is moved by depressurizing the inside rapidly and then moving the impregnating liquid pressurizing means holding the porous object by the operation of the moving means to seal the impregnating tank. Then, after the flow of the impregnating liquid supply tank and the rapid depressurizing means is cut off by the operation of the valve member, the pressure in the impregnating tank is rapidly reduced by the rapid depressurizing means, and a part of the impregnating liquid in the impregnating liquid supply tank is removed. The impregnating liquid is circulated in the impregnating tank, and then the impregnating liquid is moved directly in the impregnating tank by directly pressurizing the impregnating liquid without passing through air. When the object to be treated is taken in or out of the impregnation tank, it is not necessary to manually open and close the lid of the impregnation tank, and it is not necessary to perform it, and the pressure of the high pressure air is not used during the impregnation process on the object to be treated, and the rapid decompression means is used. The impregnation tank is closed by the movement of the impregnating liquid, and the object to be treated is immersed in the impregnating liquid, and then the impregnating liquid is pressurized by the impregnating liquid pressurizing means. It can be shortened, the whole process can be performed in a short time, and since the impregnation is performed in a vacuum atmosphere, the impregnated state is good and a sealed portion with excellent durability is obtained, and The piston member of the impregnating liquid pressurizing means is provided with an air escape groove on the bottom surface thereof, and a bracket for holding the object to be processed is further provided under the piston member. The tongue member is provided with an operating rod on the upper part, and the upper end of this operating rod is attached to a horizontal elevating beam, and the elevating beam is supported by columns supported on both sides of the impregnation tank so as to be able to ascend and descend, and is elevated by the operating member. As a result, the impregnating liquid pressurizing means can be moved accurately in a short time. Further, since the cooling pipe and the stirring member are provided in the impregnating liquid tank, the impregnating liquid is cooled. In addition to being able to stably maintain the quality for a long period of time, the effect of mixing the curing agent well is achieved by stirring.
