For example, in a dry cleaner for cleaning and drying clothes and the like using a solvent such as Perchlor ethylene, after the clothes and the like are put in the processing drum for cleaning, the processing drum is rotated at a high speed to remove liquid by centrifugal force. , At this time, if the clothing or the like is unevenly distributed in the processing drum, an unbalanced load of the clothing or the like causes a large exciting force to vibrate the dry cleaner body, and this vibration is transmitted to the surroundings via the ground. Vibration pollution may occur. For example, in the conventional dry cleaner having the drive system shown in FIG. 4, the following method has been taken as one method for preventing this vibration pollution. FIG. 4 shows an example of driving the processing drum. Reference numeral 2 is a cleaning motor that drives the processing drum 1 at a low speed during cleaning and drying. Reference numeral 3 is a centrifugal motor that drives the processing drum 1 at a high speed during liquid removal. Liquid motors, 4 are electromagnetic clutches that disconnect the cleaning motor 2 when driving the liquid removal motor 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are V pulleys, 1
1, 12 and 13 are V-belts. In Fig. 4, a sensor such as an acceleration type vibration detector or a vibration displacement measuring device is attached to the main body of the dry cleaner (not shown), and when the vibration exceeds the set value, it vibrates. The monitoring circuit is activated and the processing drum 1 is connected to the drainage motor 3
The high speed rotation driven by the motor is temporarily stopped to correct the imbalance of the clothes and the like, and the process drum 1 is again moved from the low speed rotation by the cleaning motor 2 to the high speed rotation by the liquid removal motor 3 to perform the liquid removal. .

However, in the above-mentioned conventional method, the processing drum is rotated at high speed.
Since the process of stop-low speed rotation-high speed rotation is performed, this pattern is repeated many times unless the imbalance of clothing or the like is corrected, resulting in an abnormally long processing time.

The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and even if the machine base vibration occurs due to imbalance of clothing and the like during the liquid removal process, the vibration does not occur without stopping the processing drum each time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for controlling the rotation speed of a washing machine, which can reduce the number of rotations of the liquid removal to prevent vibration and prevent vibration, and can shorten the processing time.

Further, the rotation speed control device for a washing machine according to the present invention includes a vibration monitoring sensor for detecting a vibration state of the washing machine and a drainage strength for transmitting a predetermined drainage rotation speed to the central controller by a drainage strength selection key. When a memory circuit and an abnormal vibration detection output from the vibration monitoring sensor are received via the central control unit, the command voltage set so as to sequentially reduce the selected liquid removal rotation speed stepwise is used for cleaning and liquid removal. A command voltage storage circuit for transmitting to a variable speed control device for performing the operation is provided, and the motor is operated at an appropriate liquid removal rotation speed without stopping the rotation of the motor even when abnormal vibration occurs.

According to the present invention, a washing machine is provided with a vibration monitoring sensor, and a motor with variable speed control having a variable speed control device such as an inverter is used as a motor for washing and draining.
When the vibration monitoring sensor operates during liquid removal, the liquid removal rotation speed of the motor is reduced to a rotation speed at which the vibration monitoring sensor does not operate, and the rotation of the motor is changed each time as in the conventional example. This enables continuous operation without stopping the process, which shortens the processing time and helps prevent vibration, and also allows the liquid removal speed to be higher than before. By using the motor with shift control, it is possible to use both the conventional washing motor and the liquid removal motor as a single motor, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned conventional problems.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the liquid removal rotation speed control device in one embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 57 denotes a vibration monitoring sensor mounted on a machine base (washing machine), which vibrates above a predetermined vibration level. The main motor 52 is sent to 53 to reduce the rotation speed of the main motor 52 to the next lower rotation speed.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, the washing machine enters the dewatering process, and the processing drum 51 causes the dewatering rotation speed preset by the dewatering strength selection key 60 (for example, 500 rp).
m) (the command voltage at this time corresponds to 5V). In this case, for example, an unbalanced clothing in the processing drum 51 generates an exciting force, and the vibration monitoring sensor 57
When the machine detects abnormal vibration of the machine base, the vibration monitoring sensor 57 turns ON.
When a signal is sent to the central control unit 58, the command voltage (4.5V) is output from the command voltage storage circuit 61 to the variable speed control unit 53 via the central control unit 58 in order to reduce the rotation of the main motor 52 to, for example, 450 rpm. . In this way, even if the rotation speed of the processing drum 51 drops to 450 rpm, the vibration monitoring sensor
If 57 appears to be operating, the central control unit 58 receives the ON signal, and sends the command voltage (4V) to the variable speed control unit 53 in the same manner as described above in order to further reduce the rotation, and the main motor 52 is turned on. For example, lower it to 400 rpm. If the processing drum 51 reaches 400 rpm and the vibration monitoring sensor 57 turns off, the processing drum 51
Will perform the liquid removal operation for a predetermined time while keeping 400 rpm, and then shifts to the next step.

The liquid removal strength can be arbitrarily set by the liquid removal strength selection key 60 according to the type of the object to be washed, etc., and the liquid removal rotation speed is changed stepwise according to the vibration situation as described above.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if an abnormal vibration occurs due to the combination of the variable speed motor and the vibration monitoring sensor, the function can be reduced stepwise to the proper liquid removal rotation speed without stopping the function each time. It is possible to achieve shaking and increase the dewatering rotation more than before, so that the processing time can be shortened, and the energy required for drying in the post process can be reduced, which is greatly effective in reducing running costs. is there. Furthermore, by adopting a variable speed control device such as an inverter, it is possible to obtain an excellent effect that it can be used as a dedicated motor for the liquid removal motor and the cleaning motor, or as a combined motor.
