(Prior art) Cities, especially large cities' sewage and water, contain dust, organic sludge, and sediment suspended in water, which can be separated and used for their respective purposes. In the past, it was preferable that the suspended matter had to be a screen, the sediment to have a sedimentation tank, and the organic sludge to have had to be treated at a sewage treatment plant. Also, the treatment of the suspended matter on the screen can take a relatively large one, but not a relatively small one.

The present invention was devised in view of such a point, and it has been already devised by the present inventor of JP-B-61-22646 and JP-B-62-23524, "Solid liquid flow utilizing a rotating shear. The separation tank is further improved to treat a large amount of raw water (sewage, water) with a simple and solid structure, that is, dust floating in water,
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a device that efficiently separates sludge and sediment from organic matter.

(Means for Solving Problems) In FIGS. 1 to 5, there is a funnel-shaped outlet (7) at the bottom of the water tank (1) and raw water flows in from the periphery of the water tank (1) in the circumferential direction. Then, the raw water inflow passage (2) is opened to a required position of the water tank (1) located below the raw water inflow passage (2) so as to generate a horizontal rotary shear flow in which the flow is slow in the central portion and fast in the peripheral portion. The inlet pipe (5) is opened to the side wall (13) of the water tank (1), and the opening (15) is formed in the side wall (1).
A solid-liquid separation tank (10) is shown which is provided so as to be connected to the water tank (3) and has an opening (9) of a separation water extraction pipe (8) in the upper center of the water tank (1). The required position at which the inflow pipe (5) opens in the water tank (1) means that the inventor devised the present invention.
As described in the scope of claims for utility model registration of No. 22646, it means the treatment corresponding to approximately the upper half of the aquarium. The entire water tank (1) is positioned below the surface of the raw water inflow passage (2), and the bottom of the raw water inflow passage (2) is located between the water tank (1) and the raw water inflow passage (2). A horizontal partition wall (11) is provided at the position, and the water retaining part (3) is disposed on the horizontal wall (12) including the horizontal partition wall (11) so as to be connected to the raw water inflow passage (2). 3) At a required position on the bottom of the water tank (1), below the horizontal position of the opening (9) above the side wall (13) of the water tank (1) and above the opening (15) of the inflow pipe (5). The communication pipe (4) opening to the communication pipe (4) is provided, and the floating debris removing means (6) is provided in the water retaining part (3) at a position close to the communication pipe (4).
The amount of inflow water from the connecting pipe (4) is about one third or less of the amount of inflow water from the inflow pipe (5) from the raw water inflow passage (2), and is due to the inflow of raw water from the inflow pipe (5). The connecting pipe (4) opens in the water tank (1) in a direction that does not adversely affect the rotational disconnection flow. I shall.

(Operation) In the water tank (1), the raw water flows in the circumferential direction from the inflow pipe (5) to generate a rotating shear flow in which the outflow is slow in the central part and the flow is fast in the peripheral part, and solid-liquid separation is performed. The separated water (water containing organic sludge) is separated from the separated water extraction pipe (8) at the center of the upper part of the water tank (1). The whole is located below the surface of the raw water inflow passage (2), a horizontal partition (11) is provided between the water tank (1) and the raw water inflow passage (2), and a horizontal partition including the horizontal partition (11) is provided. The water retaining part (3) is arranged on the wall (12) so as to be connected to the raw water inflow passage (2), and is provided at a required position on the bottom of the water retaining part (3) on the side wall (13) of the water tank (1). A connecting pipe (4) is provided, which partially opens below the horizontal position of the opening (9) and above the opening (15) of the inflow pipe (5), Since the floating debris removing means (6) is provided in the water retaining portion (3) at a position near the connecting pipe (4), most of the raw water flowing through the raw water inflow passage (2), actually Approximately two-thirds or more of the water flows into the water tank (1) through the inflow pipe (5), and due to the rotating flow in the water tank (1), earth and sand are discharged in a funnel shape at the bottom of the water tank (1) ( The soil is collected in 7) and is collected in the sediment collection site (19) via the sediment discharge pipe (17).

In addition, the water retaining part (3) is actually an opening on the water retaining part side of the introducing part (16) from the raw water inflow channel (2) and the connecting pipe (4) so that a swirl flow is generated and a large amount of floating dust is collected. The position of correlation with the part (21) and the yard of the water retaining part (3) are defined, and the floating dust removing means (6) is operated to collect the floating dust.

(Example) As shown in FIG. 2, the opening (9) of the separated water withdrawal pipe (8) at the center of the upper part of the water tank (1) is configured to open at the center of the disk-shaped water intake plate (20). Preferably. In addition, the water depth (h) in the water tank (1) at the center position of the opening (15) of the inflow pipe (5) from the raw water inflow passage (2) is compared with the water depth (H) in the water tank (1). In addition, the water depth (k) in the water tank (1) at the center position of the opening (14) of the communication pipe (4) from the water retaining portion (3) is relative to the water depth (H) of the water tank (1). Is preferable from the viewpoint of achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
