2. Description of the Related Art For example, foamed molded products made by foaming polyurethane are often used for automobile interior members such as instrument panel. In order to manufacture such a foam-molded article, a sheet of vinyl chloride or the like was mounted in the recess of the lower mold, the urethane foaming undiluted solution was injected into this recess, and then the core (core material) was mounted. The upper mold is covered with the lower mold to define a cavity between the upper mold and the lower mold, and the urethane foaming undiluted solution injected in the cavity is foamed to expand the urethane between the core and the sheet and foam molding. I try to get the goods. In such a method for producing a foam-molded article, the air mixed during the injection of the foaming undiluted solution does not escape to the outside in the foaming process and remains in the foam layer, which may cause a void. When such voids are generated, the surface of the void portion of the foamed molded product is dented and the appearance is deteriorated. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the voids for embedding these voids.

In the conventional void correction work, the void position is first specified by appearance and / or touch, a hole is made in the core corresponding to the specified void position, and the urethane foam stock solution is injected into the void through this hole. Then, the work of correcting the voids was carried out by curing.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a method for correcting voids, the urethane foaming undiluted solution injected into the voids expands and expands in the voids, and leaks to the outside through the holes provided in the core. Therefore, there is a problem that the work site is contaminated with the undiluted urethane foam solution or the foamed urethane foam. In addition, it is necessary to remove the dirty (adhered) urethane foam in this way, which requires a great deal of time, and the correction work time is about 10 times for the correction work of one foam molded article.
It took about a minute.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the void correcting method of the foamed molded article of the present invention is to insert a hollow pin into the void generated in the foam layer of the foamed molded article, and Injecting a curable filler into the void through a pin to cure.

Effect In the method for correcting voids of the present invention, by injecting a curable filler into the voids through the hollow pins to cure the voids,
Since the voids in the foam layer are corrected, it is possible to perform the void correction work in a short time without contaminating the work site and the foam-molded article.

The attached drawings are partial cross-sectional side views showing an embodiment of the void correcting method of the present invention. 10 is a foam molded product used for automobile instrument panel, etc.
As in the conventional method, the manufacturing method of 10 is to mount a skin material 12 such as vinyl chloride on a lower mold having a recess (not shown), and then a urethane foaming undiluted solution obtained by mixing two liquids of a polyol and an isocyanate in the recess. The mold is closed by covering the lower mold with the upper mold fitted with the synthetic resin core 14 and foaming the urethane foaming undiluted solution injected in the cavity defined by the upper mold and the lower mold. The foam layer 16 is obtained. When the foam molded article 10 is manufactured by such a manufacturing method, the air mixed at the time of injecting the undiluted foam solution cannot be completely exhausted at the time of foaming, and remains as bubbles in the foam layer 16 so that the void 18
May occur. Therefore, in the present invention, the correction of the void 18 generated in the foam layer 16 is achieved by the following method.

That is, a hollow pin (nozzle) 22 is attached to the tip of a dispensing gun (distributor gun) 20, the foam layer 16 in the vicinity of the void 18 is partially peeled off from the core 14 together with the skin material 12, and the hollow pin is passed through this peeled portion. Insert 22 into void 18. The dispense gun 20 is connected via a hose 24 and a connector 26 to a cartridge dispenser 28 containing a one-component moisture-curable filler such as silicone resin, and the cartridge dispenser 28 is controlled by a controller 30. A predetermined amount of silicone resin is injected into the void 18, and the injected silicone resin can be hardened by the moisture contained in the air in the void to close the void 18.

According to the void correction method of the above embodiment of the present invention,
Without opening a hole for urethane injection in the core near the void as in the past, the position of the void in the foam layer 16 was specified, and the foam layer near the void was peeled off from the core together with the skin material and hollowed in the void. Since it is only necessary to inject a one-component moisture-curable filler such as silicone resin through the pin,
Void correction time is reduced to about 1/10 of the conventional one. Also, instead of the conventional two-part polyurethane foaming undiluted solution, a one-part moisture-curable filler such as silicone resin is injected into the void to perform correction work. Hardness does not occur in the void portion due to a mistake, and the injected filler does not foam and expand, so the work site and the foam molded product are not contaminated.
