がなく、実用化に充分なメラニン生成抑制効果(アルブ
チン25mMの活性と同程度)を示した。また、本発明
の抽出物を室温で3ヵ月間保存後、再度メラニン生成抑
制及び細胞毒性を評価したが、同様な結果が得られた。
これらの結果は、本発明の抽出物が、優れた美白効果と
安全性及び安定性兼ね備えた、有用な美白成分であるこ
