Description of the Related Art Among various yarn guides, as a snell guide used for the purpose of positioning the ballooning starting point where the yarn ballooning starts and the winding point of the sheath yarn around the core yarn in the covering process Generally, as shown in FIG. 10, a wire material having a circular cross section, such as metal, glass, or ceramic, is wound left or right so that the thread can be easily inserted into the hole and the thread does not easily deviate from the thread guide hole. It is formed by winding, and a snell guide g having a spiral yarn guide portion d, which partially overlaps with a gap for threading, is often used.

問題点がある。In the Snell guide g formed by winding a material having a circular cross section, it is difficult to bend the thread guide hole h to be smaller than the outer diameter of the material because of the physical properties of the material. Further, particularly in the case of the Snell guide g made of ceramic, it is necessary to make the outer diameter thicker than a certain limit to maintain the strength, so that there is a problem that the contact area between the yarn and the yarn guiding portion d becomes excessively large.

Since the contact area and the contact resistance with the yarn are different between the double part d1 and the single part d2, there is a problem that uneven drawing occurs in the textured yarn in the draw false twisting machine, for example.

In the covering process of manufacturing the covering yarn by winding it around the core yarn y1, the winding point p of the sheath yarn y2 around the core yarn y1 is defined by the position where the sheath yarn y2 contacts the snell guide g, and the position of this winding point p The sheath yarn y2 is spirally wound around the core yarn y1 at a predetermined angle. However, the larger the diameter of the yarn guiding hole h, the closer the contact point between the sheath yarn y2 and the snell guide g is to the core yarn y.
Since it is separated from 1, the position of the winding point p is easily changed, and the contact point a1 where the sheath yarn y2 contacts the double portion d1 of the yarn guide portion d and the sheath yarn y2 at the single portion d2 of the yarn guide portion d. Since a height difference and a distance difference from the core yarn y1 occur with the contact point a2 in contact with each other, the winding point p is vertically displaced for each rotation of the sheath yarn y2, and the winding angle of the sheath yarn y2 is b1 and b2 as shown in FIG. Change to b2.

る。With a snell guide g having a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. 13, the diameter of the yarn guiding hole h can be made shorter than that of the snell guide g having a circular cross section, but the sheath yarn y2 has a lower surface of the double portion d1. Since the height of the contact point a1 contacting with the contact point a2 and the contact point a2 contacting with the tip of the single portion d2 are different from each other and the distance from the core yarn y1, the winding point p still fluctuates.

品質が低下する問題点がある。In particular, fine denier polyurethane fiber is used as the core yarn y1, nylon filament or silk yarn is used as the sheath yarn y2, and one or two layers of sheath yarn y2 are wound around the core yarn y1 to form a fine count panty. When the stocking base yarn is covered, when the stretched core yarn y1 is released, as shown in FIG. 11, the winding angle of the sheath yarn y2 with respect to the core yarn y1 is b1 due to the variation of the position of the winding point p. There is a problem that the quality of the raw yarn for pantyhose and the quality of the product knitted with the raw yarn for pantyhose are deteriorated due to the change to b2 or the unevenness of expansion and contraction of the core yarn y1.

ドを提供することである。Therefore, in order to improve the positioning function of the snell guide with respect to the yarn, the hole diameter of the yarn guide hole should be made as small as possible and the loci of the contact points between the yarn guide hole and the yarn should be kept at the same level. It is desirable to use a loop guide having a thread guiding portion with a small hole at the center of the disk, but this loop guide has a disadvantage that the thread hooking operation becomes complicated. An object of the present invention is to provide a snell guide capable of improving the positioning function for the yarn and simplifying the yarn hooking operation.

A yarn guide hole formed by overlapping the base end edge of the upper threading groove cut in a slit shape from the peripheral edge of the yarn guide section to the center of the upper overlapping section has a yarn contact surface with an acute angle. It has a configuration in which it is disposed at the apex of the cross section and penetrates so as to be formed at substantially the same level around the central portion.

にする。[Function] A yarn guide hole is formed by overlapping both base end edges of the lower thread passing groove and the upper thread passing groove, which are slit-shaped cuts in the lower overlapping portion and the upper overlapping portion of the yarn guiding portion, respectively. Also, the yarn contacting surface of the yarn introducing hole is formed at substantially the same level in the horizontal direction at the apex position of the acute angle section to suppress the vertical fluctuation of the contact point between the yarn and the yarn contacting surface, and reduce the circling range of the contact point. . Further, the gap formed between the both overlapping portions and the both threading grooves enable threading into the yarn introducing hole.

化することができる。Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to simplify the yarn hooking operation to the yarn guide hole and prevent the yarn from coming off the yarn guide hole. In addition, the contact area between the yarn and the yarn contact surface can be reduced to reduce the contact resistance when the yarn slides on the yarn contact surface, and the position where the yarn contacts the yarn contact surface can be reduced over the entire circumference. Can be kept at about the same level. Furthermore, since the yarn guide holes are formed by superimposing the base end edges of both the yarn threading grooves, the hole diameter of the yarn guide holes can be arbitrarily set according to the thickness of the yarn, and the yarn is It is possible to reduce the circumscribing range of the contact that is in contact with the yarn contact surface as much as possible. Therefore, when this snell guide is used for positioning the winding point in covering, for example, the distance between the contact point where the sheath thread contacts the thread contact surface and the core thread is shortened and this contact point is maintained at substantially the same level over the entire circumference. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the fluctuation of the winding point and improve and stabilize the quality of the covering textured yarn.

ことを特徴とするスネルガイド。1. A central portion of a yarn guiding portion having a lower overlapping portion and an upper overlapping portion that are overlapped with each other with a threadable gap therebetween, and a central portion from a peripheral edge of the yarn guiding portion to the lower overlapping portion. A base end edge of the lower threading groove cut in a slit shape over, and a base end edge of the upper threading groove cut in a slit shape from the peripheral edge of the yarn guiding section to the central portion in the upper overlapping portion. Is formed so that the yarn contacting surface is disposed at the position of the apex of the acute-angled cross section and is formed at substantially the same level around the central portion. Snell guide.
