Carbon black is used as a pigment for a black ink for a paint marker. It is used.

まうという問題点があった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since the oil-based pigment ink using the carbon black as a coloring material has a high viscosity, a sufficient ejection amount can be obtained in a writing instrument having an ejection mechanism utilizing the capillary phenomenon. Since the writing mark is not generated, the paint marker adopts a valve structure to cover the discharge amount. Further, in the above ink, the sedimentation phenomenon of carbon black occurs for a long time, the fluidity deteriorates, and the pen tip is clogged. Therefore, the conventional paint marker has a method in which a stirring member such as a metal ball is put together with ink in the ink storage portion and redistributed, and since it has a complicated structure intertwined with the valve structure, it is a component. There was a problem that the number of points increased and the work process became complicated, resulting in an increase in cost.

The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an oil-based pigment ink for writing instruments that does not easily clog.

When the specific surface area is less than 21, the blackness is low and the dispersion is insufficient, and when it is more than 110, the viscosity is high, and the fluidity suitable for the writing instrument cannot be obtained, and the pen tip is not suitable for long-term storage. Clogging occurs.

It is used as a dispersant for carbon black, an anti-settling agent and a binder. For the fastness of handwriting and the storage stability of ink, it is preferable that the amount added in the ink is large. It is preferable that the anti-settling agent has a high degree of polymerization. However, if the addition amount is large or the degree of polymerization is high, the ink viscosity becomes high. On the other hand, since the ink viscosity suitable for a writing instrument having a discharge mechanism utilizing the capillary phenomenon is 20 cps (at 25 ° C) or less, more preferably 15 cps (at 25 ° C) or less, an average polymerization degree of 1000 or less is preferably used. 、 Specifically, Denka Butyral # 2000-L, # 3000-1, # 3000-2, # 3000-

It is considered that the fluidity and the dispersion stability are excellent because the effect of preventing the sedimentation and sedimentation is fully exhibited, and that the carbon black does not sediment even during long-term storage and clogging at the pen tip does not occur.
