を塗布した先行単板の上向きのスカーフ斜面に後続単板
の下向きのスカーフ斜面を重ね合せるべく前記スカーフ
糊付け部の後段に配設した後続単板先端側木口持ち上げ
ロールおよび前記後続単板先端側木口停止ストッパーな
らびに前記先行、後続単板スカーフ部を上下から所定時
間重合圧締する熱盤からなる仮着用スカーフ熱圧部と、
前記仮着用スカーフ熱圧部から所定ピッチ隔てた後段位
置において前記仮着用スカーフ熱圧部により重ね合わさ
れて仮着けされたスカーフ斜面の重ね合わせ個所を再度
上下から所定時間圧締する熱盤からなる本着用スカーフ
熱圧部と、前記仮着用スカーフ熱圧部から本着用スカー
フ熱圧部までの間を前記仮着用スカーフ熱圧部により重
ね合わされたスカーフ斜面の重ね合わせ個所がずれない
ように上下から挾持搬送する挾持コンベヤを設けること
によって、ベニヤ単板の縦はぎ装置における接着剤の適
正塗布と、分割された熱圧の適正操作の確立が併せ図ら
れたものであり、本発明によれば従来装置が惹起してい
た、接着剤の塗布面がスカーフ斜面より大幅に板面には
み出して器材を汚染し、材質を破断に至らしめる加工精
度上の難点や、高周波電圧の放電現象などの障害によっ
て短時間の完全熱圧処理が実際上不可能であったり、重
ね合わせ場所から熱圧場所までの終始一貫した挟持搬送
を継続させることが出来ないための接合部の浮き上がり
現象などに禍いされて、所望の接着強度の製品が得られ
ない接着性の難点等があったものを悉く払拭し得た、実
施効果の極めて顕著なものである。

着用スカーフ熱圧部と、前記仮着用スカーフ熱圧部から
所定ピッチ隔てた後段位置において前記仮着用スカーフ
熱圧部により重ね合わされて仮着けされたスカーフ斜面
の重ね合わせ個所を再度上下から所定時間圧締する熱盤
