DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention has a silky-like soft touch that is heat-retaining and bulky-retaining and does not hinder the texture of the surface material, and is light and flexible. It is related to sexual intercourse.

Conventionally, in order to maintain the heat retention and bulkiness retention of bulky padding for clothing, a web is formed from crimped synthetic fibers, and a resin bonding agent is sprinkled or bonded to bond the fibers or to the web. It is constituted by a mechanical coupling means for performing needle punching.

However, in the former case, the amount of binder applied is limited in order to give a soft texture, and when the amount of application is small, the binder does not penetrate and adhere to the inside of the web, so the middle layer has a feather-like soft feeling. However, there is a problem that the bulkiness retention property is poor and the intermediate layer is easily peeled off. When the amount of spray is large, the bulkiness retention property and peelability are improved, but a large amount of the binder adheres to the surface layer and Has a drawback that it becomes stiff and hinders the texture of the surface material.

Also, there are those that use siliconized highly crimpable fibers for the surface layer and those that use latent crimpable fibers. The former does not interfere with the surface material by surface soft touch, Regarding the dry cleaning property, the latter has improved surface strength and good durability, but there is a problem that the surface is rough and hinders the surface material.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, retains heat and retains bulkiness, has no layer peeling in the intermediate layer, and has a soft touch like silk that does not hinder the feel of the surface material, is light and supple. It is intended to provide a bulky batting for clothing that just fits.

That is, as the fiber web constituting the bulky padding of the present invention, a card or a random web is used, and a latent crimpable polyester fiber that develops a three-dimensional crimp by heat treatment and a highly crimpable polyester fiber having a three-dimensional crimp in advance. And a mixed web as an intermediate layer, and a mixed web of the latently crimpable polyester fiber and the polyamide fiber disposed on the front and back cotton, to form a three-layered laminate By drying at a temperature above the crimping temperature of the latent crimpable fiber by the resin processing, the latent crimpable fiber that has developed three-dimensional crimp in the entire web allows the interfiber interaction between the nylon fiber and the highly crimped fiber. Will be a tightly entangled fiber layer.

At this time, when the content of the latently crimpable fiber is less than 5% (weight%), the strength between the front and back layers and the intermediate layer is weakened, which is a cause of deterioration in wash tack resistance, dry cleaning property, delamination, and retention of bulkiness. And when it exceeds 10%, the density due to shrinkage,
The interfiber strength increases and bulky and soft padding cannot be obtained. In addition, the main crimped polyester fiber used as the intermediate layer is a highly crimped polyester fiber because it gives bulkiness retention due to the spring effect due to the three-dimensional crimp, and the three-dimensional crimp is caused by the shrinkage of the highly crimped fiber. This is because the is pressed down and its spring effect is increased. The main blended fibers used as the front and back layers are polyamide fibers because, for example, the supple and drapey silky feel of nylon fibers is imparted to the front and back layers without impairing the front and back materials. For resin processing, it is sufficient to process the resin only on the front and back surfaces of the web such as spray processing or coating, and when the amount of resin increases, the surface layer becomes stiff and the texture of the surface material is impaired, so soft padding In order to obtain the above, it is desirable that the attached amount is 2 to 10 g / m 2 (dry solid amount).

A cross web having a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 made of a mixed fiber of latently crimpable polyester fiber 2.5d × 51m / m 5% and highly crimpable polyester fiber 2d × 51m / m 95% is used as the intermediate layer M, and the front and back surfaces thereof are provided. A cloth having a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 made of a mixed fiber of 5% of the latent crimpable fiber and nylon fiber 2d × 51 m / m is laminated as the front and back layers S to have a three-layer structure of 60 g / m 2. A web is formed, and then 6 g / m 2 each is sprayed on the front and back sides by spraying an acrylic resin binder and dried at 150 ° C for 5 minutes, and at the same time a three-dimensional crimp is generated due to shrinkage of the latently crimpable polyester fiber. Thus, a dense bulky padding A having a basis weight of 72 g / m 2 and a thickness of 15 m / m which does not blow out fibers was obtained.

As shown in the drawing, the obtained padded cotton shrinks the latent crimpable fiber 2 in which the intermediate layer M is mainly composed of the highly crimpable polyester fiber 1 and mixed in a predetermined amount between fibers of a random or cross web. Expression of three-dimensional crimps associated with
The highly crimped fibers 1 are entangled with each other, and the latent crimpable fibers 2 are further intimately entangled with each other to form a spring elastic structure, and the front and back surface layer S is a random or cross web composed mainly of nylon fibers 3. The latent crimpable fibers 2 mixed in a certain amount between the fibers are intimately entangled and fixed with a small amount of the resin binder 4, which is a dense, bulky, silk-like soft touch, forming a light and supple filling cotton. [Advantages of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, as a bulky padding for clothing, it has heat retention / bulk retention, and is a mixed fiber of latently crimpable fibers and highly crimpable fibers. By configuring
The spring elastic structure has a dense structure with a relatively small basis weight. In addition, the front and back surfaces are composed of a mixture of latently crimpable fibers and nylon fibers, so that they have the above-mentioned effect, and at the same time the amount of binder can be reduced, and the nylon fibers still have a supple and drapeable feel. An invention that has excellent effects such as good dry cleaning resistance, no blowing of cotton, and silk liquor that does not interfere with the feel of the surface material, is light and supple, and fits perfectly to the body when worn. Is.
