いた。ところが、従来にあっては単に樹脂供給部8′を
下部に設けると共にガス抜き部7′を上部に設けていた
だけであった。ところがこのように単に上部にガス抜き
部7′を設けただけのものでは、ガスが十分に抜けきら
ず、樹脂充填用空所6′内に正確に樹脂が充填されず、
ガスが内部に残って成形品に巣が発生する原因となって
いた。このことを本発明者が研究した結果、上記現象は
樹脂供給部8′内に下部から樹脂を注入した場合、注型
成形等においては樹脂が粘性を有しているため樹脂充填
用空所6′の上部内に樹脂が完全に充填されないうちに
上部に設けたガス抜き部7′が樹脂で塞がれてしまうこ

ための樹脂充填用空所6を形成し、この樹脂充填用空所
6の下部の一端部付近に連通する樹脂供給部8を設け、
樹脂供給部8の上方に位置する樹脂充填用空所6の上部
端部と対向する樹脂充填用空所6の上部の他端部付近に
連通するガス抜き部7を設けて成るものであって、この
ような構成を採用することで、上記した本発明の目的を
達成したものである。すなわち樹脂充填用空所6の下部
の一端部付近に連通する樹脂供給部8を設け、樹脂供給
部8の上方に位置する樹脂充填用空所6の上部端部と対
向する樹脂充填用空所6の上部の他端部付近に連通する
ガス抜き部7を設けることで、樹脂充填用空所6の上部
の他端部に設けたガス抜き部7が樹脂供給部8から最も
遠い位置に位置することとなり、樹脂充填用空所6の下
部の一端部に連通した樹脂供給部8から順次樹脂を注入
していった場合、樹脂の充填の最後にガス抜き部7に樹
脂が至ることとなり、確実にガス抜きができるようにな

型1とを型締めすることで容器状の成形品5を成形する
ための樹脂充填用空所6が形成してある。上記のように
上下型3,1により成形型Aが構成されるのであるが、本
発明にあっては、この成形型A上部に樹脂充填用空所6
の上部と連通するガス抜き部7が設けてある。また成形
型Aの下部に樹脂充填用空所6に連通する樹脂供給部8
が設けてある。ここで、樹脂供給部8は樹脂充填用空所
6の下部の一端部付近に連通するように設けてあり、樹
脂供給部8の上方に位置する樹脂充填用空所6の上部端
部と対向する樹脂充填用空所6の上部の他端部付近に連
通するガス抜き部7が設けてある。添付図面の実施例で
は、樹脂充填用空所6の最上端部と連通するように上型
3の他端部付近にガス抜き部7が設けてあり、また下型
1の周部の一端部に突部9を突設してこの突部9に樹脂
充填用空所6に連通する樹脂供給部8が設けてある。上
型3に下型1と型締めした場合に上記突部9と嵌合する
凹所10が設けてある。また下型1または上型3の合わせ
面の周囲には弾性を有するシール部材14が設けてあって
上下型3,1を型締めした場合に弾性を有するシール部材1
4が合わせ面に介在されてシールするようになってい
る。添付図面の実施例では成形する容器状の成形品5と
しては浴槽の例が示してある。そして樹脂充填用空所6
の上部は容器状の成形品5の底を成形する部分となる箇
所であり、この樹脂充填用空所6の上部はガス抜き部7
部分が最上端となるように傾斜しており(このため凸型
部2の上面及び凹型部4の上底面はいずれもガス抜き部
7部分側に向かって上り傾斜した傾斜面11,12となって
おり)、このため成形された容器状の成形品5のガス抜
き部7部分に孔を突孔してここに排水孔部13を設けるこ
とで、容器状の成形品5を通常の使用姿勢(つまり成形
品5の開口が上となるような姿勢にして使用する)で使
用すると、容器状の成形品5の最下部に排水孔部13が位
置し、容器状の成形品5の底部が排水孔部13に向けて下
